Kitchen and dining common areas were very clean and welcoming, facilities were good, access to tea and coffee, shampoo and body wash, hair dryers. Proximity to the train station. Generally this place was a very good value for money.

Lots of other people's hair left over in the bathrooms. There should be probably another rule added for the guests to remember to clean their hair as this is a hostel with shared bathrooms. AC in the room and the window frames in the room were in need of some good sweep.

For the price, it is very worth it and easy to locate =) Walk either side for 2 Family Mart or Train Station, easy access Kitchen is very well equipped so no worries if you want basic coffee/tea or even heating/toasting up food

The family room that i was at had a musky smell, maybe the ventilation is not good so it smelled abit like undried clothes. I sprayed some room freshener so it was better and i kept the aircon running to remove the smell and keep some ventilation going too. i stayed the dormitories before and it was better. But i still like this property very much !

The facility was well maintained and clean. The location is close to the train station, and it is convenient to reach Universal Studios by train. A convenience store is nearby but the access is not direct (you have to go around along the main roads to reach it). The staff was kind and helpful and there is an option for them to take your photo wearing Hogwarts' uniforms. There is an option to leave your luggage.

It is a small facility and there is no lift. You can hear people talking outside or nearby. You have to make your own bed and if you're not tall enough, it is a challenge to do it on the upper bunk bed.

Loved the location of the hostel. It's a short walk to the the train station. The train station is accessible with elevators for those travelling with large luggages. The hostel itself doesn't have any elevators, but I was only staying on the second floor. The staff helped me bring my luggage upstairs and up to the top bunk area. The top bunk has a space for your luggage. I was able to open and close mine without feeling too cramped. The female shower room and the general washroom area were always clean. The communal kitchen and dining area was easy to navigate. There were free tea bags available. On my last day, I was able to leave my luggage in the luggage storage without any problems.

The mattress was a bit thin and uncomfortable, but I was only staying couple nights so it was fine.

Very clean, good facilities and the little storage space beside the bed was very convenient! Moreover, there's a locker room available before check-in and after check-out, plus a small one near the bed and some others in the bathroom. It's just 5 minutes walk from the station, although a bit far from the main attractions.

The only thing I didn't like was the mattress, a bit too thin and hard. Another negative side would the location a bit far from the centre, although not too much.

Very near universal studios. Even so this was a dorm, Every bed had more space to put stuff so it was very big and spacious. I wish every dorm room was like this. The staff was very friendly and helpful with everything I needed. There is no elevator, but they did help me carry my suitcase up the stairs so I didn’t have to carry it on my own.

Because many come for universal Studios, lots of people wake up very early and go to sleep very late, which the dormitory very noisy all the time. Moreover, there was a line to shower at midnight because everybody came back from the park.

1. Staff very attentive, they still remember my 2months ago request for ground floor. 2. Proper luggage storage with individual lock and also locker with padlock. 3. Female make up room with 4-5 cubicle, hair dryer, chair and mirror, curtain changing corner. 4. Big kitchen with 3 big sinks 3 stoves, 2 fridge, cutlery. Free tea in kitchen. 5. Big Hall with sofas, chairs, tables. Many charging points. 6. Clothes hanging area outside at patio to sun my wet clothes. 7. Seeing the staff wipe and clean the shoes rack, which other places very dusty and stinks. 8. Only one train stop to Universal city station. Great location to USJ. 9. Very clean, my boys love this place and wishes to stay one more night.

Doing the bed when arriving after hours flying and walking around with your luggage and backpack is indeed not the best feeling but it's me just being picky

it was very close to Universal Studios Japan , which was the purpose of my trip. it was close to the train station and universal was 1 stop away, it's technically walking distance to universal but save your feet and energy for the actual Park.

Japanese style futon , while they aren't uncomfortable, after a long day at universal studios Japan it's not comfortable either, also no bath, only showers.

I enjoyed not only the comfort of having women only sections but also the ability to stay even after check out to use the facilities. It’s a great experience and amazing add on to you stay as it’s not something you see often

What I didn’t like as much was about the the facilities, but that I got an universal adapter from the staff but when I pugged it in, I had to remove the light cord/cable to be able to charge so I sat in the dark most of the time 🤣probably my own fault honestly
