The location is close to Universal Studios which is why we booked it. There are too convenient stores with in walking distance as well as a nice restaurant. The unit was clean and had what we needed. The best part was the lovely woman at the desk who helped me when I was having an issue connecting to the internet due to the language barrier.

Great location close to Universal Studios. It was good value for money, spacious, had kitchen amenities and a comfy bed.

No elevator for heavy luggage and they don't hold your luggage prior to checking in, so we had to pay for lockers at Universal Studios - luckily they make you aware of this prior to arriving.

Location. Convinience store is a few steps away. Microwave, fridge and everything basic that you need is provided. Sakurajima station is a few meters walk, also one step away from Universal city which is the entrance to USJ. Also they’ve considered booking us to ground floor room which is easy access especially with small kids and big luggages.😊

No lift/ elevator. But we are lucky they booked us in the ground floor. 😊 Therefore, not an issue for us at this time.

Booked one night only . location was near USJ as we plan to go there next day early in the morning . Easy to check in . toilet and shower pressure was GOOD. had a small kitchen , fridge , microwave .

the bed is not comfy . feel the spring and the sound once laid down on the bed . facilities have no iron . other than that were okay .

Awesome and super chill for the price

if you are traveling its great, but if you are traveling heavy with big luggages just know there is no elevator.

The position of the hotel is excellent. Just near the jr line and usj. Staff ‘s attitude is very nice .

The bed isn’t very comfortable in fact it is kind of awful. There is a gap between the upper mattress and the bottom. The floor isn’t very clean so I need to wear a pair of socks.

It was a normal Japanese 1K apartment. It was quiet and comfy. Having a private kitchen and bath and toilet room were really nice. The workers were very polite. It felt like living in a normal Japanese neighborhood within walking distance to Universal Studios Japan

I liked everything. If you are looking for frills or extras you won't get them here. If you want a good price for a normal Japanese 1K apartment this place is the best.

The room is very clean and the bed was very soft we sleep a lot and very comportable. Near to the convinience store, near to the train station. And most esp. near to Universal Studios Japan it feels like home❤️

stayed here for 1 night after a day at universal! For the budget friendly price, we were so shocked at how close it was to Universal! It had a kitchen with facilities, big bathroom and a big bedroom. The check in staff member was friendly and checked us in really quickly. Would 100% stay again if we return!

cleanliness ; complete . it had mini kitchen to heat up / cook simple food . loved the attention to detail like umbrella stand , shoe rack , mini bathtub . loved the fan in the bathroom to keep it warm while showering & getting dressed ! even more expensive hotels do not have this simple but very important feature !! thank you !!
