It was really small but it had a kitchenette and everything was pristine, modern and comfortable. It was super easy to check in and out and for our family, the location was perfect as we were close to Universal Studios and walking distance from the Chuo line station, the Tempozan Ferris wheel, Legoland and some other activities as well as being close to a marketplace, arcade, shops etc. great for our 7 and 5 year old. Would recommend! One thing to note is that it is not a serviced apartment which is fine but don’t expect that.

There was a blue flashing light on the doorbell inside that we couldn’t turn off. That’s the only negative though and it’s really not a big deal!

Everything! It was perfect! Already told my friends they need to stay there! Close to Universal, just a quick taxi, and two minutes to walk to the bay. Staff was quick with emails and helped a ton! Perfect experience for me and my 7 year old son on our first big dad / son trip! Zero stress and that's huge!

Property advertisement mentioned 10 mins to USJ. It actually takes 30 min by car (more than 8 KM via normal road). The fact was not mentioned clearly.

Good option to stay overnight after a day at the Universal Studios. keep in mind the ferry runs until early, the subway connection is over Osaka main station after the park closed. Close to visit the Aquarium and all check in process is without any staff.

Everything Is automated, Just codes and no keys, that's awesome you only have to Remember your code. Also the check-in procedure Is automated. Don't Need to talk to anyone perfect hikikomori style 🤣 Position Is very good, 1 minute walk from the subway station and close ti the Sea. The neighborhood Is fine, lots of Place for eating and there's also a mall and the Aquarium. Perfect if, like me, you Plan to visit universal studios, Just 25 minutes away by metro trains

I needed some information and nobody was there. There could be a luggage room or Locker

The property was very nice and clean. We were provided with all the necessary amenities plus MORE in comparison to an average hotel we would normally stay at. We absolutely loved the microwave for food we would get when we traveled to different places in Osaka which didn’t make food go to waste and the utensils (especially when we would forget to get at the convenience stores). The a/c unit worked perfectly during the hot times.

Wasnt that clean when we arrived, dirty carpets. To much electronics, to get into hotel, use lift and room, different codes.

Very clean property and such a convenient location to the train station and restaurants. The staff was very accommodating and allowed arrangements for holding onto luggage prior to check-in time. The room was spacious and provided great amenities for the price! The bathroom was spacious and comfortable. The view from the balcony was also a great addition to the overall experience!

Though we didn’t use the television, it was smaller than expected. Otherwise, the entire place is great. No complaints.

Location is great, just 2 minute walk to the train station. There are many restaurants and convenience stores nearby. Rooms are big & spacious. Kitchen sink is equipped with basic necessities. Rooms are clean and outside shoes not allowed inside so carpets stay clean. Toilet and baths are spacious too!

No service at all. We’re on our own upon checking in but the staff were actually just behind a closed office door but not interacting with guests. So if one has problem getting in, you have to wait until the staff are in during working hours, otherwise you have to sleep outside. This sensor lights bothered us a lot on our first night, it keeps lighting up! luckily my husband found a way to turn it off.
