Lobby is very nice and family mart was easily accessible. The front counter was helpful whenever we had questions. We donr have kids, but the children play area was offered for guests and looked cute!

We paid for a late checkout when we first checked in and still got a call at 10 asking us to checkout. The bed was very stiff. Breakfast was confusing, we weren't able to pay after the fact for breakfast or at least that's what we were told. The shuttle schedule was different for the week we were there and that wasn't posted on their website, resulting in us missing the last shuttle before noon.

The beds were amazing- very comfortable!! I loved the family room style, very practical and so incredibly useful! The space in the lobby called the garden was perfect for organizing get together with others. The karaoke and restaurant on property was phenomenal!

I didn’t love the breakfast buffet, but simply because it wasn’t what I was used to. It was a very good introduction to Japanese breakfast foods, and I ultimately really enjoyed it

Breakfast is copious and varied, but in a rather institutional setting (enormous white room with lots of tables-for-four arranged in it)

The hotel is 20 minutes walk from the metro network, the bus runs hourly and a taxi is the better part of ten pounds each direction.

the breakfast was absolutely great. changing dishes every day with extra menu items on the weekend. the bath was also very relaxing in the evenings and the rooms were clean and big. if there is another event to visit at Intex Osaka, I will book there again.

i don't have anything to complain about.

we love everything about the hotel. nothing to complain about Japanese hospitality. thank you everyone that give their 100% to make our stay comfortable and make it easy for our trip of 11 days in Japan. it's so easy to go from this hotel to Osaka EXPO 2025.

The lounge is spacious and clean, and they kindly allowed us to stay there while waiting to transfer from another hotel. Since our check-in at the other hotel was scheduled for 4 PM, we stayed at Hotel Fukuracia Lounge in the meantime.

The chair in the room is only one :(

Public bath included. Family Mart built in to buildijg, although have to walk outside. Laundry room included, although couldn't locate it.

Keycard needs to be inserted into a device to keep the lights on. Definitely unexpected, but at the end of the day wasn't enough of an issue to be a problem. Twenty minute walk from the closest station, which did not mix well with summer weather.

none helped us for our bagages, they give us trolley at night and took our baggages by our selves the breakfast if they can expend it until 10h00 or 10h30 we didnt take the breakfast

The meal was superb. We were surprised that the brakfast for our child was free. Time allotted for breakfast was perfect. We didn't have to rush.

We were satisfied with what we got ( facilities and services ). The only thing that maybe the hotel could improve is the parking area.

Good location close to ATC, decent rooms, AC, good breakfast

The staff did not speak English well, so it was hard to communicate
