The view was amazing, loved the decorated floors and our room was the biggest out of the 7 we stayed in. Close to USJ with a shuttle bus from the hotel.

The taxi fare from Shin-osaka station... It's quite a long way... But worth it.

The staffs at the front desk are kind. The hotel is harborside, so providing a nice view of the sea from our room. There are subway stations, Cosmosquare Station (C line) and a New Tram Station, whose name I forgot, near the hotel. There is a large shopping mall named ATC contingent to the hotel, which makes you feel comfortable.

A cleaning lady at the morning buffet restaurant removed my dishes and chopsticks while I picked more dishes. Before leaving the seat to pick up the dishes, I left a mark behind indicating that I was not finished.

The best location for the purpose of my stay.

The towel holder in the bathroom is broken, no sugar and tea, no stirrer, and other amenities in the bathroom.And I almost fell on the floor when I sat at the bedside because the bed was moving so easily.Lastly, I hope your foreign front staff knows how to approach guests properly and thanks to the 2nd FO assisted me.love the room in general because it has enough space to move around.

It was great. I love the ambiance and the room was quite spacious! I also love that there was a shuttle for USJ available!

It was great. But i had a hard time looking for the elevators for the hotel. Wish it was indicated in the email which floor was the reception.

The sound of AC is really loud. The cleanliness should have done better.

I like the space of the room for two and the cleanliness of it.

I didn't like the sound that you can hear from the other side or the other room, especially when youre sleeping.

Large, gorgeous room with dedicated controllable air-conditioner. Great view of the port.

Not many shops around due to be a port based hotel. Hard to find Lawson on first floor. English signs would help. Luckily I can read Japanese.
