Very fancy. The views were good too. The staff did their best to help with some challenging situations. The bar at the top floor was very nice, and the bar tender was fantastic.

I know you can't move a building, but it's too far from the nearest station, and the shuttle bus was clearly designed to make it tough if not impossible for westerners to use it. The website was broken on mobile, confusing even for tech-literate people, and required entering some information in Hiragana. The bus option gets a 0 out of 10.

Staff was extremely helpful, despite the languages barrier. Room had enough space and a nice view of the outside. There was a 7-11 nearby for a quick snack or drink. One of the staff was extremely helpful with my beginner Japanese, I do not remember her name, but she was short but very kind and helped me check in and send our luggage to our next hotel. I express my utmost gratitude to her.

Rooms were clean and comfortable for what I needed it for, Very minimum but still had all the necessities. Quiet and easy to get around to the attractions in the area.

I did find a sock that wasn't mine under the bed and it took a second to get used to the faucet for the sink being the same as the bathtub but overall experience was good.

Extremely close by the nearest train station and also features a 711 just block outback from the hotel. Perfect, if you need a midway point going from both the index hall just South and Central Osaka.

Hauling a lot of luggage, Granted, the train station is close by. There's no escalators for the train station. If you have someone who has trouble walking or going upstairs, I would probably not recommend it.

The staff was friendly upon check in and had our bags ready since we forwarded our luggage there. The location was quiet and near a train station. This hotel is a great option if you are in Osaka for the aquarium or universal. Best way to universal is a ferry leaving by the aquarium.

The beds were very stiff

We booked a few nights to be closer to USJ and absolutely enjoyed our stay. Room was spacious and clean. Staff was so friendly and we really liked the newly opened restaurant serving lunch. It was only a stroll away from the restaurants and shops around the aquarium. Osakako station is just around the corner.

The location of this hotel is very good. I especially enjoyed the the amenities corner where you can avail of free toiletries. The staff are also very helpful and accomodating. There are so many convenience stores around it if you feel like having something to eat late at night.

Room quite cramp. Typical of hotels in big city Japan.

Clean and the bed is comfortable

Staff attitude. They would smile and greet Japanese or Caucasian when they are in and out of hotel but they will skip me, keep their head low pretending never see me… weird right.

I liked how clean the hotel was, how helpful the staff were, there was a convenience store around the corner and the location was accessible to the subway.

It was expected that rooms would be narrow in space since this is Japan, but still wished there would be a little more space in the room.

We booked this place last minute after we spent the day at Universal studios… given the price and the distance, we thought it was a steal. Good if you want to do an overnight or two to be near USJ and not having to pay USJ hotel prices… the taxi cost us 2500 yen to get, as there a toll free for crossing the bridge.

Nothing. Very basic and that was good enough for what we needed.
