Location and the room was spacious for me

Laundry should be cleaned frequently

It is near of train and subway station. That allow reach main points at city. It is self attention (doors with codes). We never need contact with the host but previously to our arrive, he shared with me all details.

Toilet tissue was missing, but it is nothing serious.

It feels like you are staying at Old Osaka. Feeling so nice and classic. Location was perfect for me.

Hopefully the laundry should be cleaned as frequent as possible. Sometimes it gets dusty.

The instructions was clear and the staff are very responsive. It is easy to communicate.

The place is clean, big and very very close to train station and rest

Near Public Transport, near Restaurants and Convenience Store. Very spacious, toilet separated from bath. Has its small kitchen which we didn’t use.

When we came there, there was toilet paper on the toilet bowl that was not flushed. When we checked the trash bin, it has a Banana peel but it’s not a big deal. The beddings were crumpled and smelled not clean at all as if someone who’s a smoker recently lied on it. We also found strand of hair before even lying down on bed. Take note they have a laundry shop on the ground floor. On our first night we weren’t able to sleep comfortably because of above mentioned issue on beddings PLUS i think the laundry shop is 24/7, there were people still washing their clothes past midnight, the machines were loud and it made our room somehow vibrate. The second night was better, the last laundry customer was done at around 11PM.

Very comfy beds, and not far from the subway.

There was a terrible smell during all of our stay, so we had to keep the windows open during the cold to make it go away, but it would always come back. I also found a mouldy fruit under my bed.

Good location with secured room, local shops and three supermarkets within 10 mins walk. Commercial laundry facilities are at the front, need to pay extra.

Some noise at night.

The place is very close to stations so it's easily accessible and you have Dawson right next to your place so it's absolutely value for the money however they don't give any options for keeping your luggage just for few hours and the place is not that clean we need to switch rooms due to washroom issues
