The twin room was bigger than I expected, We had a lot of extra space. Instead of a tv there was a projector with access to Netflix and Amazon prime which was really cool. The beds were very comfortable with proper size pillows. We were on the first floor so carrying our bags wasn't too difficult and there is a lift to the second floor. There are multiple shower rooms available so you never have to wait for one to be free. They even have a shower room with hair styling tools. The staff sent me easy to follow instructions ahead of time in case I would be arriving after 6pm.

It gets noisy at night. Around 9-12pm. I read reviews about people complaining about noise from foreigners but when we were staying there for 6 nights all the noise we heard were from local people staying at the hotel. Girls would be screaming with laughter in their room two doors down well after 10pm and there is no night shift staff available for you to ask for assistance. My advice would be to hire at least one night shift staff member to handle the noise because there are a lot of reviews complaining about it and although it is asked on the paper given when checking in not to be noisy it clearly isn't working.

The location was walkable to the train station. It is next to a Lawson and Tamade which is the cheapest supermarket around. It is next to a famous offal stand and go to be just next to it to see the queue situation. The bed is very comfortable and clean. There are free washing machines you can use. The showers are always well equipped.

No kitchen. The ladies and men showers are on different levels. The reception area is very uncomfortable to sit in. Neighbourhood can be a bit dodgy at night but it is not dangerous.

everything was fine, just other people didn’t respect the timing and almost 1am still people talking loud. One family tried to open our door and wake up us in the middle of night. Location is easy to find BUT super scary cause around had a lot of older man and homeless.

The 3rd shower doesn’t have warm water to shower if the 1st and 2nd are using. So i needed to take a cold shower.

Cheap price. I think that's the main thing this place can offer you, if you're on a very tight budget.

The walls are so thin that you can hear everything going around the place. Your next room neighbors (very clearly), the footsteps walking by, and even people talking in shared space across the entire corridor. The outher wall is also thin, so if you don't turn on the heater in winter, it gets very cold.

Even the room is small & almost no space but it's clean & comfort. Laundry available to use. Toilet is clean too. The corridor also clean. Overall the hotel is good. Near to tram station. Can stay again if I'm back to Osaka 😁

Since my room is closest to the staircase door. I can hear clearly what people talk there. It so noisy especially on my stay, I think there's few young people hanging there smoking and make loud even at midnight. Very inconvenient for me.

Good location within a short walk to the JR station. Read reviews regarding the “drunk men” on the street, there were some but not a worry at all. as a young female travelled that did not concern me one bit. I always felt safe in the area. Small rooms but perfect for traveling. amenities were always so clean!

Men’s toilet on level 3 sometimes smelt bad but never enough to be an issue.

It is clean but some Japanese were really not good. I am tourist and I could not file reports

Staff don’t in the evenings. This man is a long stayer. He lost his bag of cards and passport. I pitied him and paid for his hostels and hotels and food after. He ghosted me and never pay me back. He said it is Japanese style. His name is Ebo Issei. Call the police.

The ambiance and the nice Staffs. They are very accommodating and the place is so clean. We are so glad that we stayed at this hotel. If you are travelling with Family or a group of friends I totally recommend this place. The bathroom is also clean and what we liked the most is that they even have sets of curly iron or straight iron that is so convenient.

I like that there are laundry facility available to guest. The staff was friendly and helpful and that it's also close to the subway to get around the city

It's a bit of a walk from the osaka station and not also easy to access taxi
