I booked Queens Park last minute because my first hotel had so much street noise that I couldn't sleep. I moved over to Queens Park and it was exactly what I needed: clean, comfortable, and quiet. Excellent location. It's near public transit, entertainment, food, and attractions, but far enough off the major street to be quiet. The room also had enough space for me to do a little yoga in the morning--not all rooms in Japan have that amount of space.

Staying here involves a bit of tedium. There's a slightly lengthy questionnaire to fill out before staying, you have to include your booking reference number when messaging the hosts, you have to take out the trash at the end of your stay, and cooking with oil is prohibited. All that said, I still enjoyed my stay and would recommend it.

The apartment was super clean and well organized. Also the location is good as you can easily reach some tourist places also by walking. They gave me all the necessary information about the apartment (from washing machine to air conditioner), everything was explained perfectly and clear. Is perfect both for a couple but also if you're alone is very comfy. I will recommend it!

I'm not sure but It was probably a problem with my Booking app but I received all the information and messages in the mail but when I click to "Answer" I couldn't find any messages, If someone doesn't have the notification via mail could has some issue to receive all the information, but It could actually be a problem of mine app

We directly felt very comfortable. The accommodation is in a great location and all the attractions and sights are easy to reach by train. The accommodation is super clean and has everything you need. The small stores like 7eleven and Familimart are close by. After booking you get a guide with all the information you need for your stay (at the touch of a button and that's just great). You can contact the hosts at any time and always get an answer. Room have all thing you need. With kitchen which I don't use.. plus vacuum cleaner. All clean accept Aircon filter . Which I take out cleaning lol. Facilities just as the posted photo. No point share same photo. Off topic about area. Not related to hotel. Just for info for sharing If you travel single adult or all adult. This place really adventure. Nearby surrounding within 1km radius. Most happening area in Osaka ( flooded with pub and nearby walking distance red light district call Tobita Sninchi) which others place Osaka or Japan not found.. Also lot foreigner in the area.

Comfortable clean room exactly as the images. Walls also seem to be thicker than the average Japanese apartment so the sound isolation is quite a bit better than average. Before checking in you will get a manual on the facilities, be sure to check it out as it is very detailed. If there is anything you need or have any questions, staff will reply to messages pretty quickly and have your request met as soon as possible. Really enjoyed my stay here, thank you!

That I only stayed for nine days?

The location was very convenient. The closest station was less than a 5 minute walk away. Another station 10 minutes away allowed us to take other subway lines as well. The size was good for a couple. We shared one luggage and was able to have it open on the floor. The bathroom was very clean and we LOVED having a washing machine. Communication with the host was very quick and helpful. They even give a detailed guide of everything you need to know.

Cosy place to stay in an interesting neighborhood with many tiny local karaoke bars and restaurants ! Small kitchen and basic tools were very useful when we were too tired to eat outside. Metro, Train and tram stations, cheap lockers as well as 24/24 Tamade grocery shop and convenient store are 5-10 minutes walk away :)

Maybe just the dust under the bed 😅

The room was huge and there’s a kitchen which came handy to reheat the food we bought from Family mart! The property was so close to the train station both JR and Metro. We took advantage of the metro pass and it was perfect location. Walking distance to tourist attractions like Don Quixote shopping and the Tsutenkaku tower.

No spare towels and no one came to clean our room for the duration of our stay.

The kitchen was equipped with modern appliances and all the necessary utensils, allowing me to whip up delicious meals whenever I pleased. Another standout feature was the inclusion of a washing machine within the room itself. This made it incredibly convenient for me to do my laundry without having to rely on external services or facilities. It truly added an extra layer of comfort and convenience to my stay!
