This hotel was fine. Rooms are clean, small but comfortable (unless you need more space; twin room maybe slightly more comfortable than double-bed room). Staff is friendly. Located just next to a metro station, including Osaka loop line, so easy to access and to reach other parts of town. At walking distance from many restaurants. Overall good value for money.

Location is excellent, close to everything. Subway station 2min walk. Convenient store across the road. Very affordable. I would definitely stay here if travelling alone or 2 adults. The laundry room was great 👍 only had to pay for washing, dryer is free unlike most other hotels. Also, they use gas pump dryer, so drying time was fast and clothes are lovely and soft.

Too small and squishy for family of 4. If the single bed lifted up for storage or if you could slide suitcase under bed, would be great. Luckily we only had 2 medium suitcase for 4ppl so we made it work, if you had a large suitcase per person, there will be no where for you suitcase. When other people review and say the room is tiny, they are not kidding!

Very small and not really an issue, but the only con was that there were no cups for hot drinks. There were plastic cups in the washroom, but it would be great if there were mugs or paper cups for hot drinks.

This place was fine, clean and good for what we were looking for. Location wasn't bad, pretty close to the station. Interesting part of town.

Hotel staff could have been better, we had a few good people but the others weren't very helpful. The room was VERY small, this isnt the hotel's fault, but we were not ready for how tiny it was.

Excellent location, very close to Shinimamiya station and MRT Doubutsumae station just walk 3-5 mins. Donki is just opposite side of JR Shinimamiya station open 9:00-5:00. Very convenient to go for shopping and walk back to the hotel.

- No bathtub but it is fine for me. - No automatic toilet flushing. It is not convenient in winter time.

Super close to both the JR line and local line for travel! They replenish your towels daily and the check-in process was smooth. The triple room was definitely smaller than what my group expected, especially if ever one intends to travel with large luggage. Thankfully we only went with carry-ons and it was manageable. It's quite inexpensive so I can't really complain and although it's not the largest or the comfiest of beds, it was quite clean.

Everything was good, they offer shampoo and body wash as well

That the room wouldn’t be air conditioned when you went out. It required a key card to use the air conditioning so when you go out you have to bring it with you

very clean, had smoking area, felt luxurious because of the cards, actual reception, extremely cheap for the quality, infinite free coffee, amazing location, best place we stayed in out of Tokyo and Kyoto ❤️❤️❤️

The location was great. Very close to airport express station. The hotel is also located two stops from Namba. MTR is 1 min from the hotel and Don Quijote + convenience stores also closeby.

The room was quite small. Therefore, not much space to store luggage or pack suitcase.

It was gooood, they had good body wash and shampoo. The staff were attentive and helpful. The room was clean. Its decently located near subway, nankai and JR lines to get into the city, airport or outside osaka.

The room could've been bigger but if you know what you're in for its not an issue
