The location is good - close to Tengachaya Station. Also near convenience stores and small restaurants. There is a fried chicken store nearby that is only few walks away and good yakitori shop! the neighborhood is quiet. It's just 2 stations away from dotonbori and 1 station away from tennoji park. Going to and from airport is just 1 train so very easy! Looking to stay here again when we're back in Osaka. There is no free water but there is free ice. Basic Toiletries are free too. We stayed at a room with private bathroom (a must!).

the pillows are just 2 pieces and really small which made it uncomfortable. Bed is ok. Hope they can improve the pillows.

It was a really good deal! It’s a little complicated the fact that there’s no one at the desk and basically you have to figure out what to do but everything than that was really good! The beds were clean and we have a bathroom inside of the room!

I felt bad that there was a couple of Chinese people that don’t know what to do. When we arrived after go out for eat they started talking us in Chinese (we don’t know Chinese) we had to used the translator to explain them that is self check in and that basically you have to figure out what room to get since there’s no specific information and they calm down a little bit with our help but again is really confusing the check in if you’re alone and there’s no one to ask for help.

The beds were extremely comfy and the facilities were great. Shampoo, conditioner and body wash are all provided. The kitchen had basically anything you would need if you want to cook food, even an ice machine and ice buckets. The whole place was very modern and well maintained. The hotel was in a super quiet area but still a very short walk from the train station.

There were a lot of hairs in the room so it could have been cleaned a little more thoroughly. Some things such as toothbrushes and razors were available downstairs but there was a small fee - these are usually free in hotels. It was also a little strange having a shared kitchen area as sometimes a large group or family would be using it to eat or hang out, but I supposed for an entire kitchen like that to be private you would pay a lot more.

Location near by train station walk distance. Have 100yen shop near the hotel. Price is cheap and worth. Also many food to eat around the area. Hotel area is residence area is quiet and nice place. Check in / check out also easy without staff. All door key in password can check in. Tower every thing can take by our own.

No lift for the high floor level room. Lucky hotel provide us a room at level 1. So that we no need to carry they language claim the step. And the shoes need to take inside the room. The space area for the 4pax room so small but enough to use.

The room had self-contained bathroom and toilet. Individual bunk beds. It is quiet. The cost is very reasonable. Close to the station that takes you directly to the airport.

For the price there wasn't much I didn't like.

The location is not that far from the station. Quiet place. Very nice for small group of people. All basic necessary are there.

Everything is fine. Except the kitchen is full of laundry and the staff unable to understand english. A bit hard to communicate.

Not too far from the station. Code locks meant I could check in early without needing to talk to anyone. Clean.

Staff aren't always there, and seem to only speak Japanese. No utensils in the room despite having a mini kitchen.

Taking off shoes to go to the room. Would have been easier to have lower seating to put shoes back on
