The staff were very kind and helpful, hosting events for the guests (Takoyaki party, going to a Matsuri together) and being genuinely interested in getting to know you. The guest house was conveniently located between two subway stations (max. 7 min by foot), from which you could go anywhere in Osaka. Even though the female dormitory had five bunk beds (sleeping ten women), the space was extremely big, with plenty of room for bags etc. It’s really rare to have so much space in a hostel, so I really appreciated it! The amenities were also very pleasant and spacious, with free shampoo, conditioner and body wash available. I really appreciated the common room and the traditional Japanese Tatami room. The kitchen area was also fully stocked. The wi-fi was working really well, I think I saw one guy play Civ XI at one point haha. Overall, a very pleasant experience, will definitely come back the next time I’m in Osaka!

The staff are super friendly and happy to chat with you in the common room downstairs. The facilities are clean and the bedrooms were large enough with enough room for suitcases and additional luggage. There were dogs staying in the downstairs area. The ones they had downstairs were friendly and tame (mostly sitting down and not bothering anyone) but were not on a leash.
You had to pay additional money (although very cheap) for towels and there were no included laundry services (although there was a laundromat next door). The dogs can be noisy at times when they're locked up in the staff room but not loud enough to ever bother sleep.

Really convenient female dormitory because the shower and the toilet are IN the dormitory. Which is nice. The bed are confortable and clean. The kitchen has everything you need to cook too.
Even if the bed are clean, don't look under or around because it's a bit dirty. I had to clean a bit before putting my stuff. Unless you're a social person you can sometimes be intimidated by the staff in the commun space. Because they are a lot working there and they usually gather during dinner time, sometimes the commun space can be occupied by them and you don't have much space . Especially because they won't really speak to you. So if you're shy you might feel a little bit uncomfortable. But if you're the one who start the conversation they will be friendly with you :)

The staff were excellent and helped me out after the rain delayed my train. I know this was a little extra work for them, but I appreciate their hard work. The facility is an affordable and convenient guest house, with a nice shower and wash area. The bed curtains provide good privacy. It was close to the subway.
It may help to mark which bed gets which part of the shelf. Some guests were kind of chaotic and don't leave space for others. But it worked out so it's not a big deal.

This was the most social hostel I stayed at in Japan. I am an introvert but sometimes I do want to meet and hang out with people while I am traveling. People are always in the common area and I ended up spending time with lots of fellow travelers outside of the hostel. If you are looking to do the same then this place is it. Although, there is no pressure to be social, it is just an option. The location isn't bad either but it depends what you are looking for. It is a short subway ride to any major destination in Osaka but there weren't many attractions to visit by foot.
Be aware that the sinks are in the dorm area, and the shower and bathroom are directly connected to the room. This setup could easily wake anyone up if a guest were to use those things at night. You also might hear people getting their stuff at night, but that depends on the guests.

It was worth the money, clean and the staff were friendly and they even allowed me to leave my bags after checkout and comeback for them before they close it was very helpful 🙏
The only thing that i didn't like that the bathroom, shower and even the sink was inside the room and very near to the beds so it was not comfortable if anyone wants to just wash hands or blowdray hair they will wake all people inside

The people working here are wonderful. Sitting and talking to other guests in the lobby, there always seems to be action. With a bit of walking you can arrive at multiple different subway stations. Generally everything is clean, the beds are long enough even for tall people.
Stayed here before in the past and back then you always had at least 1-2 shibas in the lobby. Well they aren't that friendly anymore, so you will probably only see them when they go for a walk. 3 out of the 4 shibas shouldn't be pet. The shibas used to be this unique selling point and if it was like in the past, my stay would've easily been a 10 this time.

They have several cute Shiba Inu dogs that you can meet during noon! They will be going back to their room during the evening tho.. The female dormitory is spacious and has a sink, luggage shelf, a toilet and a shower to use inside. The location is 2 stations away from Namba station so it is not so far from the crowded area, but you can enjoy a calm neighbourhood as well. There are some shops next door that sell food, a coin laundry and a bar, so it is very convenient.
nothing in particular

Room and facilities were very clean! I had a really nice conversation with one of the staff (I was travelling alone) and she invited me along to a nearby matsuri, it was very nice!
I was told that Osaka locals consider the area to be pretty dangerous for solo young women, but as far as I saw the area seemed very residential with a lot of elderly people so I'm not sure to think of that advice.
