Free parking. Room was very clean. Friendly staff. Check in was really easy and fast.

The mini kitchen was lacking some items like normal soup spoons, scissors, pots and cleaning cloth. We stayed for 5 nights and had to live with the rubbish in our rooms for 5 nights since there is no house keeping. Was told to change the trash bags but theres no way to clear out the trash. As it was food trash would be good if it could be clear out.

The property was very new or if not new, then very well maintained. Everything was accessible from the first floor, and this particular unit was very near to the entrance of the hotel. it had a balcony which was accessible and it was the only unit with this balcony unfortunately because the weather was raining. I couldn’t fully utilise that space during my stay . The bathroom and the toilet bidet was exceptional. Water was heated quickly. Water pressure was great and the bathroom dried quickly due to its functionality of exhaust. You could dry your towels also with the drying function of the toilet. The beds were very comfortable and so were the pillows, even sleeping on the tatami mats was comfortable. The stairs were steep and narrow in the house. I would recommend constant adult supervision if a family with a toddler were present.

there were no cutlery provided that was adequate for a convenient store meal. The spoons were all teaspoons. There was no scissors provided, nor were there any kitchen cloth for the sink. There were no drying racks available for dishes after being washed.

It is a good size and there is comfortably room for 2 people in the apartment. It is in a quiet area of osaka but easy to find from closest train stations. The bathroom is lovely, and there is a large built in wardrobe to put away your suitcases so you are not tripping over it. The host are responsive, via booking.com. Can accept luggage delivery between 10am and 4pm. Does not forward luggage on, you could organise that from the Lawsons around the corner, I would ask the host to assist you as I had issues with that.

Nothing, i would just say it is out of the way of all the hustle and bustle of Osaka, which I liked, but some may prefer something more central.

The location was ok.. The actual room and hotel was really nice and new and it was quite quiet even though there was construction nearby. There are a decent amount of grocery stores around which was good to be able to cook some allergy free meals ourselves

We felt the amenities were a bit lacking and there wasn't really anyone around to ask for help except when we initially checked in. For example. We booked in for a Family of 4 for 5 nights. We had 2 towels in the room, 2 plates, 2 bowls etc. We had to ask for more towels and more toilet paper. The beds were about a double bed size (possibly a little smaller) so it was a bit of a squeeze for us.

This accomodation was a wonderful find in the hustle and bustle of Osaka. It's location is within 10-15 mins walk from 4 metro lines as well as a direct link on the Nansai line to the airport. In a local area where you can experience undercover Mall shopping without the hoards of tourists.The accomodation itself was modern, spacious and restful. We voted the beds and pillows the most comfortable in Japan. The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful. When visiting Osaka again we wouldn't want to stay anywhere else.

Everything was wonderful

Stay was located 3 minutes from Hanazonochō station, 1 minute from a LAWSON, Rooms looked brand new and there were washing machines free of charge (that was really really nice). The male owner was lovely and the female staff (possibly the owner too, unsure) was lovely. The wet room was great and had a dehumidifier for damp clothes. Nice heat control to have the room warm and ready for a shower when it was 5°c outside. Towels were soft and luxurious. I didn't even care if there was construction of the building next to us during our stay.

Very spacious apartment with kitchen & 2 bedrooms. Our family of 4 especially enjoyed the bath-tub that came with jacuzzi functions. The place was very clean and everything was prepared for our stay. The staff was responsive to our requests for extra toilet paper and body soap. Self-check-in was easy. Neighbourhood is quiet but some of the other guests staying in other rooms could be quite noisy.

The walk from the Shin-Imamiya Station was about 10-15 walk. After the first we got used to it. Not many food options in the area but there's a lawson nearby.

It was bright and clean and a very spacious living space tucked in a cute corner of Nishinari and with very quaint F&B experiences nearby.

The lock for the key was complicated to put back during check out. No lifts hence carrying a heavy luggage will be stressful.

Simple, elegant hotel with everything we needed. The location was only two stop away from Namba, easy access to subway. The room was flawlessly clean, beautiful with the scent of natural wood. The onlything-if we have to mention- was the laundry machine in our two bedroom suit we stayed was in error with E31 message(dirt bag position error) but it wasnt a big thing because we were able to use two laundry machine in public space. there are many restaurants around the hotel, and even the local market place. Just loved the relaxed, calm area. If we come back, we'll definitely stay here again.

The room was nice design and the bathroom was spacious and modern. There is a tiny kitchen which is good for ppl who want to cook. Clean and very good value.
