Free parking. Room was very clean. Friendly staff. Check in was really easy and fast.

The mini kitchen was lacking some items like normal soup spoons, scissors, pots and cleaning cloth. We stayed for 5 nights and had to live with the rubbish in our rooms for 5 nights since there is no house keeping. Was told to change the trash bags but theres no way to clear out the trash. As it was food trash would be good if it could be clear out.

The location was ok.. The actual room and hotel was really nice and new and it was quite quiet even though there was construction nearby. There are a decent amount of grocery stores around which was good to be able to cook some allergy free meals ourselves

We felt the amenities were a bit lacking and there wasn't really anyone around to ask for help except when we initially checked in. For example. We booked in for a Family of 4 for 5 nights. We had 2 towels in the room, 2 plates, 2 bowls etc. We had to ask for more towels and more toilet paper. The beds were about a double bed size (possibly a little smaller) so it was a bit of a squeeze for us.

Stay was located 3 minutes from Hanazonochō station, 1 minute from a LAWSON, Rooms looked brand new and there were washing machines free of charge (that was really really nice). The male owner was lovely and the female staff (possibly the owner too, unsure) was lovely. The wet room was great and had a dehumidifier for damp clothes. Nice heat control to have the room warm and ready for a shower when it was 5°c outside. Towels were soft and luxurious. I didn't even care if there was construction of the building next to us during our stay.

It was bright and clean and a very spacious living space tucked in a cute corner of Nishinari and with very quaint F&B experiences nearby.

The lock for the key was complicated to put back during check out. No lifts hence carrying a heavy luggage will be stressful.

Very spacious apartment with kitchen & 2 bedrooms. Our family of 4 especially enjoyed the bath-tub that came with jacuzzi functions. The place was very clean and everything was prepared for our stay. The staff was responsive to our requests for extra toilet paper and body soap. Self-check-in was easy. Neighbourhood is quiet but some of the other guests staying in other rooms could be quite noisy.

The walk from the Shin-Imamiya Station was about 10-15 walk. After the first we got used to it. Not many food options in the area but there's a lawson nearby.

Simple, elegant hotel with everything we needed. The location was only two stop away from Namba, easy access to subway. The room was flawlessly clean, beautiful with the scent of natural wood. The onlything-if we have to mention- was the laundry machine in our two bedroom suit we stayed was in error with E31 message(dirt bag position error) but it wasnt a big thing because we were able to use two laundry machine in public space. there are many restaurants around the hotel, and even the local market place. Just loved the relaxed, calm area. If we come back, we'll definitely stay here again.

The room was nice design and the bathroom was spacious and modern. There is a tiny kitchen which is good for ppl who want to cook. Clean and very good value.

Very dark and silent location.

The apartment complex was brand new, the facilities were complete, with internet wifi. The beds were comfortable, the apartment has small kitchen but is complete, the toilet and bath are separate, the whole apartment was spacious and comfortable, it's like staying at your own house, it was very clean and the neighborhood is quiet. They have laundry machines as well and smoking area. The whole place was relaxing to stay and we really liked everything. The location is 4 minutes walking distance to Hanazonocho Station (Yotsubashi Line) which is 2 rides away to the city center (Namba/Osaka Station). The apartment is also 11 minutes walk to Shinamamiya (Nankai/JR Station). There is a Lawson nearby and a big supermarket near the train station, a couple of restaurants on the main road. There is also a small japanese shop in front of the apartment. The owners speak only chinese or japanese but we have google translate and they are really nice hosts. Highly recommended!!

Nothing in particular, maybe since they are new in booking.com our booking had an error with the rooms but we were happy with the one we stay with.

Very beautiful space, really enjoyed spending our time there after long days of exploring the city. Nice to enjoy apartment style, and it was so thoughtfully designed it brought me a lot of joy.

Not much to say here except the area isn’t quite the most tourist friendly right off the bat, but is a very quick train to many areas you’d want to explore. And actually we quite liked being away from the businesses and in a more real feeling part of the city.

No doubt SUPER clear!! House owner replies SUPER fast. Their bathroom "Drying" system is SUPER lovely. SUPER close to local market.

Location is little far away from station, esp. for 2 children and extremely hot day, that is little bit different as the description mentioned. They provides cooking system but no spoons or forks, even coffee spoons.
