Being right next to the subway made seeing the city extraordinarily easy. In addition there was a variety of restaurants very close by. The staff I interacted with did not speak much English, but nearly everything was labeled in English (as well as a few other languages)

The hotel coin laundromat did not have English instructions, or a change machine, and the front desk was also unable to make change.

The room and bathroom was clean, we had a great view of the city (we were on the 11th floor), and the staff spoke good English, which was not necessary for us, but very helpful. There's a subway entrance just outside the hotel doors, so getting around the city was very easy.

The area around the hotel seemed a bit run-down, but otherwise, we were very happy with our stay.

One pillow. Very limiter English spoken. Area good location to metro, but full of smokers and bikers who were dangerous. Could not read menus from Restaurants where we were. But, could kind of see what was available in some places from pictures.

The employees were attentive and polite. The room is spacious and comfortable. The hotel is well located, next to the subway and next to the 24h supermarket.

It would be nice to have a gym and sauna . The entrance to the hotel was very dark at night.

The twin room was big and it was very clean and beds were comfortable. Sation was not far and there's a supermarket down the road which is very convenient.

The bathroom is pretty small but fine for 1/2 people anyway.

Large, quiet and clean room. Nice reception staff. Short walk to a metro station and supermarket (on the corner, not the one on the same block)

The neighbourhood wasn’t the prettiest but I would definitely go back.

Check in was easy even tho almost past the office hour time. Everything was good ! Nearby to FamilyMart, Lawson and fee more drugstore !

very clean, chic business hotel. extremely convenient to Osaka metro and supermarket.

breakfast closed during new years week. Have you ever list your hotel key card? well, don’t do it here because this hotel charges a whopping $20 USD penalty! this is very odd and somewhat draconian.

This is the nearest to the station that I have ever been.

The staffs are friendly but seems like they dont know how to manage clients well.

the shower curtain liner could do with a replacement but that’s really any fault that I could find.
