I liked how hassle free the facility was They luckily had a staff member to ensure that even the remote check in went smoothly.

There was only one elevator to get up and down the floors, not a big deal, but would definitely pose an issue when checking out of the hotel.

🚃 Location: This place has the best location. It only takes 2 min walk to the Shin-Imamiya station!!! (Tips: If you are travelling by train with big luggages, choose Nankai Railway instead of JR, the JR side of the station DOESN'T have any lift). There are a few 24/7 convenience stores nearby including Family mart (2min walk) and Lawson (5min walk). 🏠Room: The layout is pretty simple but has everything inside. The room has a kitchen (microwave/stove/fridge/kettle), laundry (washing machine in bathroom), bathroom (shower/bathtub) and toilet with smart toilet seat! You can do your laundry every night and hanging them up in the shower space (Turn heating on in bathroom), everything will be dry by the next morning so no need to bring a lot of clothes (Save your space in suitcase). 🔒Security: This place requires PINs to enter the front entrance and room. The room door has an automatic lock which locks the door 3 sec after closing (but do check if it's locked prior leaving). 📦Amenities: There are some FREE lockers located near the front entrance. You can leave your luggages in and hang out until when it's time to check-in. Also FREE umbrella to use on rainy days (I think ppl just didn't bother to take them home so left them at the premises when they checked-out).

🏠Room: Space is limited. We felt so crowded with just 3 ppl in the room. Also it's not quite friendly to tall ppl when they use bathroom (ceiling is low). 🧹Cleanliness: This place doesn't offer cleaning service during stay which I am alright with it. But cleanliness of bed linen is not quite satisfying. There were visible stains on bed sheets but no smell (maybe the cleaning agent they used is not strong enough to remove the stains). In general, the cleanliness of the room is good just not the bed linen.

I love the location of this property because of its direct connection to the airport. There is Mega Don Quijote in walking distance of thr property and multiple convenience stores nearby. The room was excellent and there was a clear book with guides on how to use some of the home equipment. The noise from the train is negligible. It didn’t bother us at all. I also liked the separate bath and toilet. I will recommend my friends to try this hotel and I would like to return and use this hotel again in the future. The only thing missing was a rice cooker but there are microwavable rice from nearby stores so it’s fine. 5/5

Room has washing machine n the bathroom can be used as a drying room. Facilities look new n even plates, cups, laundry detergent were provided. The staff were very fast in responding n also showed concern when we broke a dish.

Lift was a bit small but just be patient if u are going in a big group. 5 in a room is a bit too cramped but otherwise for small families is great. Can see n hear the train but wasn't too bothered by the sound.

My family and I were very pleased with our stay at the hotel. We truly appreciated the comfortable accommodations, well-equipped room, and the smart TV, which made our stay even more enjoyable. The service from the staff was also excellent—friendly and attentive throughout. We’ll definitely choose this hotel again the next time we visit Osaka!

Place was really good. The bnb is near the train station and convenience store. Toilet is also separate from the bath, so 2people can go to either at the same time. just wished that the washing machine also worked as a dryer ( and maybe instructions on how to use), and hope next time an iron is available for use. Thanks!!!

Value for money and Great location very near train station. Comes with washing machine and other amenities. Owners thoughtful to provide self help locking station for luggage before we check in and after we check out. Just remember bring own lock in case provided locks are not enough. Nice lounge to eat and chill with vending and toilet available.

The location very strategist, near two stations. The place are clean and have smooth self check in and check out. Overall it worth the price

The place is very small, for 4 peoples it is hard for travelers with huge luggage. It would be nice if there’s any luggage storage after check in on the bottom floor.

It’s spacious. We could open 2 large baggies at the same time. A balcony facing the railway and quite good view. The dryer at the bath room was excellent, all washed clothes could be dried after 4-5 hours. We could wash clothes everyday.

Some places are not clean enough. Need to be improved.

Proximity to JR loop and Nankai lines

It maybe just be an isolated incident but I didnt get the code to enter bldg and to the room until i messaged them from the bldg entrance. Also, the glass panel hinge for the cupboard was very loose that we had to secure it with tape and not use it to not risk of breaking it. Otherwise it was a good stay
