Location was close to train stations for getting out and exploring, there are Konbini and restaurants close by. Staff were all lovely and helpful when needed. The hostel has the feel of a hotel when you walk in the entrance and is well presented.

Space to hang things in the room is very limited with only space for 2 coat hangers, the showers also had a similar issue with only one hook, more hooks would be useful. The showers are all on level 1, with toilets separated by Gender on alternating floors which felt a little tedious at times.

The staff of this hotel are incredibly friendly and helpful. We have a trip to Osaka in May 2025 and the staff suggested to us about the places to travel, how to buy tickets in Japan (which were very hard to buy for foreigners who can't read Japanese). The location is also convenient. You can take a local train directly from the airport to the hotel, which is located near the JR train station. The interiors of the hotel are nice and cozy, and the beds are fine.

We understand that the toilets of the hotel are shared toilets and that men's and women's rooms are located on different floors, and the bathrooms for showering are only located on the ground floor, which the hotel has already informed us. Even though we know this, this issue still creates problems and is uncomfortable for us. The WCs and bathrooms are huge problems that you cannot look after for your convenience. And some guests did not keep the common bathrooms tidy and clean. However, apart from these WC and bathroom issues, the hotel is extremely fine.

Attentive staff. If you arrive early you can request the staff to keep ur luggage and sent to ur room once the room is ready (check in 3pm). also can request new towel at counter, just provide your room number. Room size small but acceptable with the price, luggage can put at space under the bed. Got individual socket at head bed. Good wifi connection, functional TV and small fridge. Microwave and kettle provided at pantry, but no disposable cutleries. Can do laundry at the bathroom, have self service washing machine and dryer. Toilet and shower area has been cleaned frequently, smells nice. 3 minutes walk from Shin Imamiya Station and 4 minutes walk from Dobutsuen-Mae station and Daikoku locker. Walking distance to Tsutenkaku tower. No certified halal food around the hostel.

No cloth iron and no pyjamas. Their lift quite small, be careful with ur luggage. My room’s window facing the other building hence windows not open due to privacy and somehow the ventilation also poor.

Stayed here twice, close to the station- comfy beds and good hot showers. Microwave and kettle in common area. New hostel and cheap hence the high score - however stay the first time around was better than second

Would be great to have water dispenser on each floor. The curtains don't really do anything, bright light outside our room on second stay 506 which stayed on all night and kept us awake. Room 501 was great - wish we had this room two times. Told we couldnt leave bag at hostel so payed for bags to be stored before the 3pm check in - however when checking in it was clear others has left there bags, and the staff even brought the bags to the people's rooms! So they obviously have this service - either provided left luggage or do not - dont say you don't do it and then actually do it

Brilliant location in terms of transport and getting around. Served us well as a base for day trips to other areas in Kansai. Very spacious room in comparison to most places I’ve stayed at in Japan. Fridge and TV with streaming services in the room were welcomed.

A single lift can sometimes make it quite slow to move around the property, especially with all showers being on the ground floor. This information about the washrooms being on different floors is made available prior to booking though so can’t complain too much about that issue.

Good location. Good comfy bed. Big triple room. But ladies toilet was on odd floors only. Mens toilet on even floors. Lots of showers on 1st floor. 8 ladies showers, and 8 mens showers. Konbini very near

No free water. No water dispenser. UNABLE to leave your luggage with them before check in or after check out. Big disadvantage. No kettle, no cups in the room.

Area was very convenient close to the station and to local shops and malls.staff was friendly and accommodating. The room that we got for two people was spacious enough for 4 luggages with different sizes.

Not much amenities if you want to cook for yourself, it is definitely for people on the go..very much good enough where you can rest comfortably and get ready for another day out in the city

Comfort room in different floors. However, I think it's an ok compromise if gender toilets can be segregated this way and I wouldn't have to use toilets with scattered urine. I stayed somewhere else with not-segregated toilets and it was always dirty.

Very well situated by 2 train stations on various lines so you could get to Nara or Osaka st. on one train. The room is compact but has everything you need, and the TV is linked up to various apps so plenty to enjoy while you're in the room. Communal showers are clean and spacious. Easy online check-in.

Front desk staff not really present during the day as they're cleaning/doing other chores. The mattress is a bit thin, and the walls are wafer thin! No chopsticks/cups in the communal area.
