Great location - many metro stations nearby (e.g. Shin-Imamiya/Dobutsuen-mae etc.) which honestly was very convenient, but also a little confusing. Thankfully Google Maps are almost always accurate, so we didn't have too many issues A giant Don Quijote and Daiso were nearby, with several convenience stores such as Family Mart and Lawson all within walking distance as well - great for shopping and late-night snacks There was a Kura sushi outlet (gachapon sushi) nearby also and it was a fun meal time! Straight from Kansai Airport - you can take a train directly to and fro Kansai Airport (via Nankai-Kuko Line), which is very convenient Close to Namba area/Dotonbori - the commute took only around 20 minutes Spacious and well-equipped - there was enough room to lay out my family's luggage (we had 6 pieces of luggage for three people and we could lay out at least 4 of them), there was a dining table as well as a well-equipped kitchen, we even managed to cook up a meal! Washing machine was clean and easy to use, and the bathroom was equipped with a drying/heating function which dried our clothes very quickly even in winter time Sufficient facial tissues and toilet paper were given to us (4 packets/rolls of each were provided for my 4-night stay!) Clean - place was very clean and we were even provided with a vacuum cleaner, the staff also provided us with lots of clean towels and toothbrush kits during our stay as well Security - the main entrance required a password to get in which was communicated to us only on the day before our stay, which is an added layer of security - very much needed for us to feel safer, especially in this area (mentioned below) Toilets - very clean and there was nice-smelling shampoo, body wash, and conditioner provided

Room temperature - the room still felt pretty cold despite having an air-conditioner heater as it had a balcony and some airflow vents that let the outside air in 😅 We were able to close the vents but it still felt a little chilly. Neighbourhood felt a little sketchy at times as we got to know that our area was close to Shinsekai and Tobita Shinchi (some of Osaka's red light districts) only after getting there (reminder to do adequate research!)😅 The Don Quijote was right beside a giant casino as well. Despite that, we still felt relatively safe as we didn't stay out too late (past midnight). Shinsekai was pretty charming and nostalgic still as my family mentioned it was reminiscent of places in the 70s.

Like the bed, the bathroom, the toilet, the concept of the room with little kitchen and washing machine. Like the shampoo and bodywash. Like the drying cloth dryer. The location of the hotel is great. Walking distance to JR line, Nankai Line. From Kansai airport to here is convenience. Near to Don Don too where we can get our daily stuff. The hotel is value for money too.

Pros: Spacious rooms than the most hotels in Japan.I like that it have 3 beds because we are a family traveller with babies and kids and my family's body built is big.We are big people. Their kitchen appliances have english guide on how to use They have basic things there such as plates,pot and pans to use. They always have new set of towels for long stay. You have to message them thru booking . com for the trash to be out of the room when it's stinky and full,they are responsive here since I don't have japan sim to call numbers.And they already have the extra garbage plastic in there. Aircon was pretty cool and sometimes we use it as heater. Very good water pressure. I super like their bathroom with dry function that it can dry clothes easily. Good thing is there's a lot of hangers to use. Location wise. 7mins walk to train station and there is a nearby don quijote store. Easy check-in. You just have to follow instructions.

Cons: I wish they have more pillows and can change linen/bedsheet even once in a while for a long stay. Laundry basket is a must.Since there are more towels I don't know where to put the soiled once since we were using the washing machine too. So those dirty towels are just scattered everywhere. I am looking for an Iron/press for clothes but there is none. They should have put sign in the mini kitchen if the water is potable to drink or not. They should have a black out curtain for a dimmer room because light can still penetrate in the window. Busy elevator, good thing is the other room for my companion were just below of us. There is noise from outside especially there is a construction site beside the building but it didn't bother us.

the room size is big for japan setting. the bonus is to have washing machines and you can dry the clothes in the toilet. the room has fully functional kitchen and cooking utensils. this will be helpful for families who need /like to prepare their own meals.

although the apartment is relatively near to the stations, there are no nearby amenities, meaning you have to walk towards the station. In case of downpour, you will definitely get wet. the check in is slightly more tedious than I thought but still ok

The check-in process was easy and efficient. The apartment is located in a modern building and was quite comfortable and suitable for a family. The beds were wide enough for two people. We appreciated having a washing machine! There were plenty of towels of good quality. The location is very convenient for traveling from/to the airport and to Nara. We didn’t hear the railway at night and slept well. I would recommend it as a good choice for Osaka.

I wasn’t sure if we were supposed to take our litter out not only while staying, but when we left as well. We did, but we’d have preferred not to bother about it. If you are staying for a long time, you should know that cleaning is every 8 days, which is in my opinion rather infrequent. There is no comfortable place to eat in if you choose to use the kitchen (only the coffee table), but that wasn’t an issue for us — plenty of restaurants around and right next door. We could have also used a drying rack for clothes on the balcony. Also, the number of emails we received in relation to this stay seemed a bit excessive, maybe less is more in this regard :)

The hotel is very close to Shin-Imamiya and Dobutsuen-mae stations, which are connected to multiple train operators for ease of traveling. Next to the hotel is a group of restaurants with great and diverse food options.

While we were lucky to catch a staff and get to check-in early, since check-in is done via tablets outside of the premise, the timing is fixed to the given period. Some pillow and mattress covers have stains, which can be a big minus for certain guests. Since the hotel is mostly staff-less, you cannot forward your suitcases here. You can alternatively forward to another close Eslead branch (more details can be found by contacting the hotel).

This place is straight out of a dream! The best hotel I stayed in during my visit to Japan! Large & extremely clean room with balcony! Check in & out process smooth and all instructions are clearly provided! 1 min walk from the JR and Metro station with quick connection to different neighborhoods in Osaka, from the west exit you can catch the Naikai line that goes directly to the airport, a Family mart and loads of restaurants nearby one of which is right down the hotel - Mega Donki/ Daiso etc nearby - Close to the trendy Shinsekai - Beds are comfy, there is a washmachine in the room and a very effective drying system in the bathroom, facilities were sparkling clean! I would stay here again anytime!

Everything was perfect!

The location was really good being near Donki and the Shinsaibashi area. Also near 2 stations: one with a JR line as well so travel is very convenient. Walking distance to 2 convenience stores which proved to be very convenient for late night munchies. I like the modern facilities like the smart entry which you can access by just punching the numbers.

The sheets have a slight musty smell to it but nothing major. Still slept comfortably, not an issue at all.

It’s at a very convenient location. Very near to 2 subway. Shin Imamiya station and the metro Donbutsuen-Mae is the subway near the hotel, less than 5mins walk away. The bath room also function as a dryer room for clothes is definitely a plus point. A short walk to Shinsekai so there’s lots of eateries. There’s a McDonald at Shinsekai and that’s where we go for breakfast as the other shops are not opened yet. Family Mart and mega Don Quijote nearby too.

The location is really great, near the train station, Shin-imamiya and also subway Dobutsuen-Mae so we can go anywhere we want with a few steps from the apartment. and it's in the quiet neighborhood, have family mart nearby and also Don Quijote. I chose this apartment as they have vacuum cleaner so we can clean by ourselves without anyone entering our room. They also gave lots of towels every other day (hang it at our door knob). The room was very clean and big enough for 3 people. They have washing machine and also gave the liquid detergent. It would be even better if they have drier but the weather was dry so no problem.

the bed and pillow. it's not that bad but a bit too thin and hard. and the bed is small for tall and big person but for me with 163cm, 51kgs is ok, My husband and my son are 180cm, 68kgs, they had complain for the small bed.
