They have the best laundry machines. Washing and drying only cost ¥500. Location is great. Next to Donki 24 hr shopping and cafe de Izumi is a nice mom and pop cafe. Only a few JR stops from Osaka Umeda. They give free scoops of ice cream and beer & sake. We will definitely come back again.

We booked the suite corner room and it was awesome. The room was very spacious, the bathroom was spacious and the amenities provided was great. The staff was very helpful with our luggages and helped us to sort our luggages using a luggage service and it was no fuss. This was a very great choice to stay in!

One thing only that bothered me, is that they have a smoking room in the lobby next to the laundry room. I wished they would have thought otherwise, maybe having a different area for smoking or simply just let the people smoke outside considering that the outdoor area by the lobby is convenient.

The location is great, it’s near tsutenkaku tower. There are 2 stations near the hotel, shin-imamiya station and dobutsuen-mae station. If you arrive in KIX, you can take Nankai Express and stop in shin-imamiya. Both stations are 3-min walk from the hotel. There are don quijote near the hotel also, it’s near exit 5 dobutsuen-mae. Another great value for the hotel is some konbini in the area. The hotel is clean also and the room is quite spacious compared to another hotels.

Although there’s misunderstanding with the staff about luggage delivery, everything was solved in the end. I think it’s just because there’s language barrier within us.

Clean room with Good good view Osaka Tower.Good location .pleanty off restaurant and safe area .Near Spa world .Close to JR Shin Imamiya staion and subway stations Dobutsuen-Mae Station(Red line) keep walk 2 minutes.Close to Big Donki mall where are a lot of goods with Free Tax. ..we stayed here for 4 nights with beer welcome drink for the first night .Thank you.

The bathroom smelled quite bad

1. The location is great near to the underground train and JR line. It's also next to Shinsekai and nearby are convenient store, 100 Yen shop, Donki and many restaurants around. A bit of walk to Nankai Line for Airport. 2. The hotel provide free flow soft drink and coffee-tea at the resting area (where we have breakfast) that you can enjoy during 5pm-10pm. They also provide free coupon for ice cream and beer. 3. The hotel room size and layout are good. It has space enough to put 4 luggage. 4. Hotel allows to keep luggage before check-in and after check-out.

The thing that I don't like are 1. they close the rest area (where we have breakfast) at 10 pm by the time that we were back from travel this area always close another point is the ice machine is in there so we can't get ice. 2. The hotel provide room cleaning every 3 days so we have to keep the room clean by ourselves. No adding up tissue for 3 days.

Perfect area, for this reason we would likely book again. Across the road from all your major konbini and only a few hundred metres from Donki and the Shinsekai market area. Front desk staff as well as kitchen staff were very lovely and helpful !

The only reason I take points off is we didn’t have our room cleaned even though we were there for about 4 nights. I did expect the room to be tidied up a bit on the third night (we had the please clean up sign on for about 2 days) on our door.

This was our second time staying at this hotel. We loved it the first time as well as the area and love that it is right next to Shinsekai for a little stroll at night or to grab some food. The staff at the hotel were incredibly helpful and very friendly and the room was clean, great views and very comfortable.

There really isn't much at all that we dislike about this hotel. As mentioned above, this is our second stay because we loved it the first time and it is so reasonably priced.

The staff were very helpful. They make effort to communicate well with you. I dealt with a female staff, she used translator app to communicate. She also helped with forwarding our big luggages to the next hotel. It is walking distance to 2 stations. It is close to don quijote. It is also very close to world spa and a stones throw to restaurants and tsutenkaku tower. It is on a busy street. So the area can be slightly noisy. We were on the 8th floor. The noise was not too bad on the higher floor.

Location is superb. You can go outside and get everything, a lot convenience store, restaurant, bars, and only 5 steps to go to Osaka Tower. Near from the station. Front office staffs was really really helpful. They help me a lot for deliver our suitcases to Tokyo. Thanks!

They clean the room every 3 days, we need to put the trash outside the room and they will take it. And if you wanted to change towels, you need to put outside and they will change it immediately.
