They have the best laundry machines. Washing and drying only cost ¥500. Location is great. Next to Donki 24 hr shopping and cafe de Izumi is a nice mom and pop cafe. Only a few JR stops from Osaka Umeda. They give free scoops of ice cream and beer & sake. We will definitely come back again.

The location is good, just 7 min from the subway station and also a lot of restaurants near the hotel. For the room itself it was very clean and modern, really liked it. Staff is very friendly and helpful. For the breakfast it was good, how ever I wish there was more breakfast options because they didn’t have normal breakfast, it’s more like a lunch/dinner buffet (like noodles, soup, rice, chicken..). They only had cornflakes with milk as normal breakfast option. But overall we had a great stay and if I come back to Osaka I would stay here again.

The breakfast was nice as it changed some things every day. The location was pretty central and near a train station and metro station.

There was a problem with this and other reservations on booking.com in which it selected the wrong number of people for the rooms. This was resolved somewhat fast on other hotels, but in here we had some back and forth which was hawkward for me and my friends. It was resolved, but I think the staff might just though that it was not worth to pursue this, even though we showed the receipts with the prices paid (We had a room for a person that paid X and a room for a couple that paid Y. Then we had a room for a couple that booking set as 1 person but the price was Y). Other than that the stay was top notch and the staff was nice overall after checking in.

We booked the suite corner room and it was awesome. The room was very spacious, the bathroom was spacious and the amenities provided was great. The staff was very helpful with our luggages and helped us to sort our luggages using a luggage service and it was no fuss. This was a very great choice to stay in!

One thing only that bothered me, is that they have a smoking room in the lobby next to the laundry room. I wished they would have thought otherwise, maybe having a different area for smoking or simply just let the people smoke outside considering that the outdoor area by the lobby is convenient.

Excellent location with access to subway within 5mins walk. It’s also about a doable walk to Kuromon market about 25 mins and along the way you can visit Denden town to pick up anime figurines. Shinsekai is around the corner and is full of charm and bustle. Our room had a lovely view of the tower and the beds were comfy. Staff were very nice and helpful - we ended up with a lot more luggage than we came with and they helped to book a taxi for us.

I would have liked more shelf or drawer space to put clothes away for our 5 day stay .

The location is great, it’s near tsutenkaku tower. There are 2 stations near the hotel, shin-imamiya station and dobutsuen-mae station. If you arrive in KIX, you can take Nankai Express and stop in shin-imamiya. Both stations are 3-min walk from the hotel. There are don quijote near the hotel also, it’s near exit 5 dobutsuen-mae. Another great value for the hotel is some konbini in the area. The hotel is clean also and the room is quite spacious compared to another hotels.

Although there’s misunderstanding with the staff about luggage delivery, everything was solved in the end. I think it’s just because there’s language barrier within us.

The hotel is extremely nice! I would definitely recommend staying here. My stay lasted for 1 night but it would be nice to stay longer. During the day I could use spa and swimming pool. The breakfast was absolutely delicious! And it was a pleasure to be served by Judith and Khuram. I’d like to thank the front desk supervisor Thant for a really warm welcome! Another front desk supervisor was also helpful and gave some additional recommendations regarding my stay and leisure time. Last but not least, Emmanuel was helpful and attentive to my needs and requests.

Fisrt time we got bad smell room after I called to reception I got new room.Thank you That Nepal woman Staff she has good service mind. Clean room with Good good view Osaka Tower.Good location .pleanty off restaurant and safe area .Near Spa world .Close to JR Shin Imamiya staion and subway stations Dobutsuen-Mae Station(Red line) keep walk 2 minutes.Close to Big Donki mall where are a lot of goods with Free Tax. ..we stayed here for 4 nights with beer welcome drink for the first night .Thank you.

Was easy to find after getting of the train, being next to the tower made it easy to always find after being out all day. The staff were very helpful especially when helping arrange our luggage transfer. The room was on the smaller size but was expecting this. It was clean & had all the things we needed. Really liked how we only needed to take a left when coming out of the hotel to be in shinsekai. Easy access to the train stations. Would definitely stay here again when in osaka.
