Location near Namba station and also near Osaka tower and also shin Seneka

Breakfast was basic but good but 8am is too late

The accommodation has a very good location in the Shinsekai area, and it's only one station away from the Dotonbori area. The surrounding area has many convenience stores, is close to Mega Don Quijote, and has many restaurants. The rooms are clean and have quite complete facilities.Free breakfast is available, consisting of hamburger, scrambled eggs, and toast.The rooms are fairly cheap, and luggage can be stored both before check-in and after check-out."The hotel staff provided very good recommendations and service.

The rooms were not very soundproof, and you could hear noises from the rooms next door.

I love the Japanese style of the room (mats, furniture, artwork, beds). Room was very spacious and clean. The staff was very polite and helped me with the registration+check in. Hotel was located in the heart of shinsekai neighborhood so walking was convenient. Loved the breakfast, it was much delicious than other breakfast options we had in the area.

I didn't like that we were only given one key card to use and if we were to forgot the card after a certain time, there would be no receptionist to assist with room entry. Other than that, the air conditioner machine keeps leaking water when running and the tv volume button stops going up after 25.

Cleanliness and location are superb, as expected. Free housekeeping or room service every 3rd day. Free water bottles and new towels every day are generous.

This concerns are for the bathroom of the twin bedroom only as the quadruple room of my brother and his family doesn't have this concern. The toilet of our twin bedroom shouldn't be too close to the basin (sink). Although hotel wanted to save some space, it's a bad design (not thoughtful) because it's prone to stuff from sink or basin or shelf above it to fall down into the toilet bowl. If the toilet sits close to the basin, then please provide more space or shelves.

The location was the best part of this hotel. For anyone who is an avid anime lover like me, who enjoys shopping at Nipponbashi Denden Town, this is a perfect spot to have for a hotel. It is also right above Ebisucho train station, which isn't the most connected station but useful nonetheless. The room was of a decent size, and we were able to fully open our luggage, although that left us with not a lot of space to move around. There was also a nice couch in the room. There were a few comments from other reviewers stating the accommodations were old, but our room was very refurbished and new! It smelled very new as well. I am not too sure if this is only for the higher levels, as we had a room on level 9. The toilet was separated from the shower. They also have free breakfast on weekday mornings but we never got around to trying them because we were rushing out of the hotel to sightsee!

The size of the shower and the lack of soap in the toilet. I am not sure if this could be helped due to space constraints. The shower one evening also had water temperatures that kept changing between super cold and super hot so that was frustrating but it only happened one night.

The hotel was located in a very good location. The price was very reasonable. I particularly liked the shower. Westerners like a good shower. The shower was easy to use and removable. There was a nice flow and the shower head stayed stilled. I found the showers at other hotels I stayed at have a weak flow and the shower head always moved to the right or left. The man at the counter was very kind. I was unfamiliar with the check-in procedure and he helped me with it. There was also another room on the 3rd floor which had utensils and a place to wash dishes. I liked that.

I thought the walls were a bit thin. I could hear people talking. They were not too noisy though so I was not too bothered about it.

My recent stay at Ebisu Hotel left me thoroughly impressed, particularly with the room accommodations. Upon entering my room, I was delighted to find a spacious bedroom complete with a balcony offering a stunning view of Shinsekai Tower. The room itself was elegantly furnished and meticulously clean, providing a comfortable retreat after a day of exploring Osaka. The bed was exceptionally comfortable, ensuring a restful night's sleep, while the balcony provided a perfect spot to unwind and take in the bustling cityscape below. The highlight, however, was undoubtedly the view of Shinsekai Tower. Whether during the daytime or at night when the tower was beautifully illuminated, the panorama from the balcony added a special charm to my stay at Ebisu Hotel. In addition to the impressive room, the hotel's location was also ideal, with easy access to local attractions and public transportation, making it a convenient base for exploring Osaka. Overall, my experience at Ebisu Hotel was exceptional, thanks to the spacious and well-appointed room with its fantastic balcony view. I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a comfortable and memorable stay in Osaka, especially for those who appreciate a great view of the city's landmarks.

The hotel is about 3min away from Ebisucho station and about a 15min walk to shin-imamiya station if you want to take the nankai line to the airport. It is also pretty near spa land and the famous Osaka tower. The hotel seemed pretty new and was undergoing some renovations. We came early around 11am to drop off our bags and tried our luck asking if the room was already ready and lucky for us, it was! The room was just nice us as we didnt really need a big space and just needed a comfortable place to rest for the night. There's also an outdoor balcony to sit out in which we did when we came back to rest in the middle of shopping.

The outdoor balcony and washing machine seemed a little musty and rusty. We didn't use the washing machine as we were only there for the night but i think we would think twice if we wanted to use it.

I loved this hotel. The location is unbeatable. There are scales for your luggage in the reception area, available to use at any time. Staff extremely friendly and polite. Everything very clean. The mattress felt just right to me. They also give you two bottles of mineral water per day of stay. You can also take free tea - green (two varieties) and black (Earl Grey, apple and peach, all very tasty). The corridors are very stylish, with beautiful cozy lighting - you feel as if you're in an upscale place while walking to your room. The Japanese-style rooms are very pretty and really spacious by Japanese standards - they even have wardrobes for your clothes. Really easy to feel at home.

1) Bad sound-proofing. I could hear people in the neighbouring room talking, listening/watching something and moving stuff. Good thing I had my earplugs with me. 2) The smoking area is located in the laundry room, which is a bad idea: when I took my clothes out of the dryer, they smelled with cigarette smoke and I had hang them at my balcony overnight to air them. 3) No actual TV channels on the TV; you can only watch Youtube (plus Netflix etc. only if you have a subscription of your own). Also, the maximum sound is intentionally made very low because the rooms have no sound-proofing. Regardless, the positive qualities felt more prominent.

It is good value for a budget hotel that comes with a simple free breakfast. The room was comfortable, clean and pretty spacious. TV came with netflix and youtube as well! It is also conveniently located close to the train stations!

Though the room itself was spacious, the shower for our room (deluxe double) was kinda small. And this area is kinda dodgy, so I wouldn't want to stay here if I'm a solo-female traveller.
