Location near Namba station and also near Osaka tower and also shin Seneka

Breakfast was basic but good but 8am is too late

Great location. Very close to ebisucho station and in the middle of shinsekai arcade and market. Close to the famous tsutenkaku tower, spa world and many restaurants and convenience shops. Great as a base for sightseeing. The hotel was small but very clean and comfortable Excellent value for money

The room was a decent size but the bed was a small double bed. Breakfast was nothing really - 2 hot dishes (eggs/noodles/ sausages/meatballs), toast and tea and coffee. Not bad if you are happy to start your day with basic breakfast. Other than that we really liked the hotel and will be back

Very close to Ebisucho station, out of exit 3 and walk straight about 200 meters and the hotel is on the right. Also in a near walking range of other stations around. It located in the area of Tsutenkaku so nothing to worry about food and shopping. Early coming before check-in time can store the luggage at the lobby. Not much hotel room that really close to the station is this spacious with private toilet and baht in this price range. The room is clean. Also even you put on the DND sign on the door staff will refill the towel and water bottles at the frontdoor. Free easy breakfast every morning from 7-11 a.m.

Toilet and bahtroom is a bit small. Not much a problem anyway.

Overall we loved stay at Osaka Ebisu Hotel. The rooms were very cosy, with a slight traditional feel. The bed was firm which is what i personally prefer. The room cleanliness definitely made a statement— i was very oleased. The bathroom was quite small, but a cool experience. One thing i need to say is that the bathroom floor does flood is you have the shower pressure too high. The location was really good, close to some cool places to eat, shop and walk around. The balcony was a nice touch as well, with a nice view of the large tower, just be careful not to lean your weight on the balustrade, as it a quite weak and an awfully high drop below (floor 6). Over all id stay here again, and would recommend it.

Location was superb! Ebisucho station is just 2 mins walk and Spa world abt 5 mins away. Lots of restaurants around. Cafes open from 10am though. The 2 singles bed room I booked comes with tatami and is quite spacious. Bed is comfortable but not the pillow. It has free breakfast but it's very basic with toast and fried rice/noodles.

The toilet is quite tiny but I was quite amazed it can still squeeze in a bathtub. Toilet flushing system is quite old and you can hear the water refilling the cistern tank for a good 1 min or so. Pillow was a bit too soft for my liking.

It's high value of money we have paid. Free and simple breakfast provided on weekdays and we even have a washing machine in our little balcony. House keeping has done a great job and good location with easy assess to stores. Usually people walk towards the tower to find Lawson but I recommend you to go another side there are lots of other convenience stores for choice and more quiet. However, there was cigarette smoke smell coming up in one morning. We hope they can remove that smoking area as guests can easily go out to smoke. Also it's not good in soundproof inside the rooms but fortunately neighbours stopped making noise later.

The accommodation has a very good location in the Shinsekai area, and it's only one station away from the Dotonbori area. The surrounding area has many convenience stores, is close to Mega Don Quijote, and has many restaurants. The rooms are clean and have quite complete facilities.Free breakfast is available, consisting of hamburger, scrambled eggs, and toast.The rooms are fairly cheap, and luggage can be stored both before check-in and after check-out."The hotel staff provided very good recommendations and service.

The rooms were not very soundproof, and you could hear noises from the rooms next door.

I had a pleasant stay at this hotel in Osaka. The staff were friendly and welcoming, making me feel at ease right away. One of the highlights was the shower — even if the shower head was moving towards the wall. The room was equipped with thoughtful amenities, including a boiler and a proper closet, which added to the comfort. I also appreciated the option to leave my luggage at the hotel free of charge after check-out — a convenient service for travelers.

The main drawbacks were related to the breakfast and check-in experience. The breakfast area felt a bit cramped, and the selection of food could have been more varied. Additionally, the check-in process was slower and less intuitive than expected, which could be improved for a smoother arrival.

I love the Japanese style of the room (mats, furniture, artwork, beds). Room was very spacious and clean. The staff was very polite and helped me with the registration+check in. Hotel was located in the heart of shinsekai neighborhood so walking was convenient. Loved the breakfast, it was much delicious than other breakfast options we had in the area.

I didn't like that we were only given one key card to use and if we were to forgot the card after a certain time, there would be no receptionist to assist with room entry. Other than that, the air conditioner machine keeps leaking water when running and the tv volume button stops going up after 25.

Cleanliness and location are superb, as expected. Free housekeeping or room service every 3rd day. Free water bottles and new towels every day are generous.

This concerns are for the bathroom of the twin bedroom only as the quadruple room of my brother and his family doesn't have this concern. The toilet of our twin bedroom shouldn't be too close to the basin (sink). Although hotel wanted to save some space, it's a bad design (not thoughtful) because it's prone to stuff from sink or basin or shelf above it to fall down into the toilet bowl. If the toilet sits close to the basin, then please provide more space or shelves.
