This hotel is excellent. I prefer unattended hotels to attended ones. During my stay, I wanted an extra hanger. I thought it would be difficult to accommodate since it is an unattended hotel, but I contacted them through the QR code email address in the room and they responded immediately. I was very satisfied with the quick response. Even though the hotel is usually unmanned, this is not a problem. There is a subway station near the hotel and it is very convenient and easy to get everywhere. There is also a supermarket nearby which was convenient. Very nice stay. I would stay there again when I come to Osaka.

The hotel room had everything we needed for our stay (except for a toaster, which is often not included in hotels). The location is excellent (less than 2 minutes from Ebishucho metro station) and very close to at least 3 quick marts, including a 7-11 with an ATM (that's the best place to get cash). I'm not a fan of self check-in, and we had a problem checking in, so I had to email the hotel. Luckily, the had a person available in the Namba 3 hotel right across the alley and he took care of us. The beds are acceptably comfortable and the shower is excellent. The HVAC unit (heater) works well and there is a humidifier. The washer has a quick wash setting (10 minutes) with the normal cycle taking 25 minutes. The shower has a fan that also has 4 other settings, including a heated blower to dry your clothes after washing. Ingenious. The hotel is an excellent option for visitors who are out and about most of the day. It's quiet at night and seems to be in a safe area.

We had a problem with the self check-in.

My mom, aunt, uncle, and cousin visited me here in Japan and we've managed to book this a month before they arrived. Also, this is the last hotel we were gonna stay at. The room was spacious and enough for us. There were 2 beds and 1 sofa that transforms into a bed and even that was big enough for 2. The room was very clean and it was complete with everything that we needed. You can also walk to and from Dotombori from the Hotel which was great and there were a lot of restaurants, supermarkets and conbinis nearby. Even a Don Quijote was really close that we went there everyday. Another great thing is that there is an area where you can keep your luggages at the ground floor, in case you're going to check out the next morning, you can already keep it there so you don't have to take it to the elevator in the morning, plus the luggage weighing scale is also available there too.

Even though the staff were offsite, they responded to messages very quickly, notably when we experienced the Jan 1 earthquake and were very anxious. Clean towels and washing detergent every 2 days was much appreciated. Spacious and comfortable for the 4 of us, with 2 teenaged children. Very clean. 10 min walk to a massive Donki store and direct access to Kansai airport.

Location a little less convenient. The subway that is located very close isn't on a line that goes anywhere useful in terms of sightseeing. So, a minimum 10 min walk to a direct subway or train.

At this price range, to have a 36m2 of space, with own kitchen, bathtub, shower, separate toilet, washing machine, and a location close to subway station, with towels replenished every other day, what is there to not like? Note this is not a hotel in the tradition sense, there is no front desk staff on site, no room service, etc. It feels like living in one's own little apartment in Osaka. This was exactly what I was after so this place served my purpose well.

The sound proofing is not that good so depending on the neighbour, one's experience might vary. This was not a deal breaker for my trip.

I didn't have high hopes for this hotel at first, as it was in downtown Osaka, close to Dotonbori. I had a preconceived notion that a hotel in the centre of a large Japanese city would be cramped and uncomfortable. However, the hotel, which is just a 10-minute walk from the Kansai Airport Line subway station, exceeded my expectations. Most importantly, my family travelling with me was all very happy. The hotel is unmanned, with no front desk or staff. At first, I was a bit taken aback by the unattended check-in process. Passport photos of all guests must be taken and uploaded on-site, and once uploaded, an English-speaking staff member is connected to the on-screen phone to personally verify each guest's name and face. However, after this unfamiliar process, the room was spacious and comfortable. With two large double beds, it comfortably accommodated a family of four, including two teenagers. There were plenty of amenities, including towels, and I had access to a fridge and washing machine inside the room with ease. There was a large, clear television. If I had brought an HDMI cable, I would have been able to connect my laptop. Wi-fi connection was also of good quality. The location is close to the main sightseeing spots in Osaka and all other places, including city of Nara, easily accessible by subway. My family even said afterwards that they would like to stay here again.

This Hotel is more like a B&B kind of hotel. It provides everything just like home. The room is exactly like the photo on the website. It's clean and big, with a kitchen and washing machine, also a nice tub for a relaxing bath. If you need a long vacation or want to explore OSAKA in-depth, this is the place to stay!

I think there's a Fire department near by so you will hear a lot ambulance at anytime,a little noise especially at night.

Close to several restaurants, convenience store and train station. The room quite big for Japanese standard. There is no standby staff, everything via online. The ESLEAD Hotel Namba IIi which in front of Namba II have reception and they help me to book the taxi and courier services for my luggage, because my friend stayed there during our stay.

It is my 2nd time staying here and it surpassed my expectation again by having amenity box at the lobby. The lobby now has a waiting area (with sofa) as well which was not present during my 1st stay. Will definitely live there again whenever I'm at Osaka.

Very clean and close to Tsutenkaku. Lots of restaurants and close to transport.

The check in process was a bit complicated and long. We did the pre-registration but we still need to use the lobby phone to call into a contact centre then needed to be as ID one by one by standing in front of the camera for the staff to check photo and name. Probably easier and more efficient if check in is done across the road as it’s from the same hotel Eslead chain. In fact the staff had to come and help us a couple of times.
