The staff here is absolutely amazing! They helped me with the reservation of a restaurant for my birthday as it was not possible to do it online, as well as the reservation of the entrance at the Osaka Aquarium. A 7/11 is located just on the other side of the street and 2 Family Marts on the way till the metro station. Bella Vita massage place as well, located a few meters from the hotel. Check it out as you definitely need a super massage in Japan. I used to walk till the centre.. it's more or less 30 mins, but if you prefer to go by transport, the metro is not far from the hotel.

Room size is the only point here, but you have to consider Japan standard. It's tough to find a proper room in terms of size, for a normal acceptable price.

This was our first stay in Japan, and the service was excellent—such a great start to our trip in an unfamiliar country. The staff was kind and helpful, which really put us at ease. We also really appreciated the lounge area on the ground floor. It was super convenient to be able to prepare a quick meal and sit down to enjoy it in a comfortable space. Another helpful feature was the luggage storage option. Being able to leave our bags for a while made things so much easier and allowed us to enjoy our time without hassle.

The only downside was the bathroom. It didn’t feature Japan’s signature high-tech toilet with bidet functions, which we had been looking forward to. It felt like something was missing from the full Japanese experience. Also, the mattress was quite firm, which might not suit everyone’s comfort preferences.

Good location, near train stations and the tsutenkaku tower. The staff also assist us into shipping our luggages to Tokyo.

My partner and I stayed in a Superior Twin Room for two nights and I was very happy about it! Though the room size was on the smaller side, there were many hooks, shelves and surfaces with which we could easily organize our stuff. The beds, pillows and shower were comfy and everything was clean. I didn't expect such high quality for this price and being at a nice location in Osaka. The staff were friendly and Mandarin speakers which was extra helpful for me too. 我全程使用中文溝通，英日文完全用不上 :D

It wasn't a problem for us but I can imagine the room, especially the shower and toilet, to be quite small for people over 180cm.

Location was convenient and staff were extremely helpful and friendly. they gave free refreshments and extra hotel amenities whenever you need any extra stuff. The staff even offered to help us book our cabs and hold our luggage while we travelled around.

We had 3 people so it was abit of a squeeze for us and the room was rather tight for us, so there weren't enough plugs for us to share and space for our luggage. however we just had a short stay so it was sufficient enough for us.

Staff friendly and accommodating. Room was small but comfortable and came with all needed amenities. The extra towels provided downstairs was great as our stay was short and we prefer not to having cleaning staff in as our stuff was all over the place, but definitely wanted clean towels. Water dispenser downstairs was the best.

Nothing. The rooms are of course a little small, but it's japan so expected. There was just enough room to open a large luggage on the floor, but you would need to pack it up at night to have space to move about.

Happy we stayed at this hotel in Osaka. It’s spacious enough for me and my son. The room was clean and well-appointed. I thought the room was functional with storages and compact bathroom/toilet. The hotel is close to train stations, convenience stores and Shin Sekai. Can leisurely walk from hotel to that area. Staff were nice and helpful. Overall, loved our brief stay at CHECKinn and would definitely consider staying again in the future.

We stayed for 4 days ,17 tò 21 August,for 26979 yen. Good valute for Money Room 905 The staff: really professional, kind, good english for japanese standard. Position : close to 3 different metro. 10minutes walk to den den town, 10 minutes by foot to namba.a lot of restaurants a near by. Room: quite spacious according tò japanese standard.really clean (I checked under the bed)and confy. Free taiyaki.

The place was really clean and it’s quite near to the subway. It’s also close to an incredible market and tower. So if you’re looking for some place with incredible location this is it. The personal was incredible helpful and nice. They really helped us clarify all our doubts.

It’s clean and comfortable to stay. The receptionist was extremely helpful and kind too.

As we stayed up to 7 days, we allowed cleaner to come in and clean our room every morning but they didn’t clean up the toilet everyday. But it was still acceptable.
