We stayed here with our 11-year-old daughter. They said the room had two single beds, but they were actually larger than standard singles and pushed together — we had no issues and slept very comfortably. The room was clean, and they provided daily housekeeping and fresh towels. At the entrance, there’s always free coffee, water, and some dishes available, which was very convenient. In the next building, there’s a laundry area with shoe and clothes washing/drying machines (200 yen per use). The staff were polite and helpful. The location is great — both train and metro stations are within a 5-minute walk. Very central and easy to access the city.

Location is great. Near to store, restaurant and to train station. 20 mins walk to dotonburi area. Hotel staff can understand and speak in English but sometimes you need to us google translate so that they understand more what you are asking. They are also nice and accommodating.

No breakfast available No microwave inside the room which makes harder for us to heat up food and milk for my baby. I don't like the proximity to the main road that can be little dangerous if you are travelling with kids.

The location is great! You could walk to the Denden town (town like Akihabara)in Osaka in 8 minutes. Also, right next to the grocery store opens early and late so you could grab breakfast or dinner.There are tables to eat downstairs with some water and tea provided. The beds feels bigger and fits big American guy and smaller wife in one bed without any issue. Lots of water for the shower. Finally, it was great price.

The overall hotel feels a little bit old by reception as many tables are worn-out.

Excellent location - easy to arrive from KIX via Imamiyaebisu station (Koya Line, with elevator) by interchanging at Namba or Shin-imamiya (Nankai Line). Easy walk to subway stations - Ebisucho (Sakaisuji Line) and Daikokucho (Midosuji and Yotsubashi Line) meaning good connections with Osaka Monorail for ITM as well. Also possible to join the Hankai Tramway at Ebisucho, although services are limited. Near Shinsekai Market and Tsutenkaku, but also not a long walk to Tennoji or Namba either, with plenty to see and eat. Rooms are well sized, Wi-Fi is strong, bathroom facilities are modern. Staff are very accommodating to additional requests. Really enjoyed my stay - great value for money.

Thin windows can make it hard to sleep as the main road often has police and fire engines even late at night. Pillows were a bit low, so had to request another. Fan and air-conditioning vents quite dusty and limited control of temperature. But all in all, just minor issues.

It’s 8 minutes walk from Daikokucho station that goes to Dotonborii and Shin-Osaka. Near conbin store. Toilet has a bidet with heated seat and water. We had 2 twin beds but it’s a size of 2 full beds. They clean the room everyday and change the towels. There is a closet. There’s coffee and hot water available in the lounge area.

The room is tight for 2 medium luggages. The elevator mirror needs cleaning. There’s a lounge area to eat but the tables are old and outdated. Unused food warmers and furniture are stored in the eating area.

Location closer to Namba and key shopping district. The room was good as per the price and the team was very good with check in and check out procedures and helpful with excellent service. Also have small place to have your food if you bring it from outside, free coffee is available, tea and water. Bed was big enough to fit in 3 people

Place was not enough to keep the luggage considering the size of the room.

- Great price for value in my opinion. personal toilet/shower, clean room with good equipment and very close from namba/nipponbashi (can easily walk there even) while other nearby hotels with similar price are dormitories. Also allowed me to check-in early which was cool.

Sound proofing is a bit lacking (could clearly hear the elevator robot voice when it stopped on my floor and nearby noises but didn't really hear my neighbours so It was more of a minor problem).

Location close to metro line which was convenient. Bed was better than expected and staff was friendly. The hotel building was easy to find Also close to a 24 hr supermarket and laundry mat which we took advantage of.

Traffic could be a little loud but that's ok, seems like a more industrial area and not crowded with people on the street with nightlife. It was a perfectly fine place to sleep.

Property is close to 4 train stations including the one that connects to Kansai Airport. There are convenience stores nearby, a few steps away like 711 and Lawson. Also, a laundromat just right beside the hotel. 1 station away from Dontonbori and a few minutes walk to Tsutenkaku. Room is small but typical for Japan hotels. It is very CLEAN and they do cleaning everyday. They change towels everyday too. Super worth the money.

We have a fantastic stay.Room is very clean.The nearest train station is imamiyaebisu but there is no lift.Other train station are daikokucho (Midosuji Line), Ebisucho (Sakaisuji Line), Shin-imamiya Nankai Line from/to the Airport about 8mins walk.Not sure if this is regular but they offered us a transport to Shin imamiya station when we asked for a taxi in a very cheap price since we do not want to walk as we have a large luggage.Thumbs up for this.And also there is a pantry for coffee/tea and microwave you can use to heat up the food and eat in the area.
