We’re a family of five—two adults and three children under 12—and we booked the quadruple room. It was perfect for our needs! The room was spacious and comfortable, giving everyone plenty of room to relax. We especially enjoyed the tub and shower area, which made bath time easy and convenient for our family. Overall, I’d definitely recommend this room for families. It offered plenty of space, thoughtful amenities, and was a great fit for our group.

The space could be better utilized. There was a lack of shelving and hooks, making it difficult to store or hang personal items. While there was a towel rack inside the shower, it wasn’t functional since the towel would get wet during use. Additionally, the bottom of the shower doors was quite dirty and in need of a thorough cleaning. There The sink area offered minimal counter space.

Enjoyed the location and decent size rooms of the property. Friendly staff and the property has washing machine and dryer to be used. Calm area good for staying with families. Lawson is just opposite and family mart also in walking distance

The breakfast has limited option for vegetarians and non-pork eaters. Also the breakfast gets over by 9 even though its till 10 and they don't refill most of the items. I tried breakfast only for one day and had bad experience as I reached at 9.15. The breakfast area is big and I guess it would be good if you reach early before 8

We chose this hotel for it's convenient central position. Imamiyaebisu Station is moments away, is small so easy to navigate and has a lift to platforms for luggage. Daikokucho Station is not much further the opposite dirction and you pass Osaka Kizu Market on the way. Namba Parks and Namba Yasaka Jinja shrine are close too. This is a modern hotel with good clean rooms and enough space to open a suitcase. We asked for a room away from the railway. The breakfast buffet was impressive – a huge choice of Asian and European dishes. We were very happy with the standard, location and value of this hotel

Great location near Namba, easy access from the nankai airport line and easy access to multiple train lines to explore the city Lots of good restaraunts nearby, and they provide umbrella rental when it is raining

Only one pillow per bed, and very soft, so I had to use my neck pillow to provide adequate support for my head as I slept Little bit rattly on the windows as trains would pass, but it was easy enough to sleep through Bathroom ceiling is much lower than the rest of the room, so for someone my height I kept accidentally hitting the ceiling when having a shower or getting changed

The location of the hotel is good, it is decently equiped (tooth brushes, towels, slippers etc) Breakfast was nice (Japanese style) However there was no fresh fish.

As usual hotel rooms in Japan our one was small, really small (we could not open 2 suitcases at the same time). The staff was not flexible when we wanted to canceel the already paid breakfast. The noisy road was just in front of our windows, we could not open the window, bc it felt as if the cars, busses are going to crach into our room.

We stayed in the Family room and suprisingly it was huge for a standard hotel in Japan, We have 10 luggages in total but still there is still place in the room to walk (but not sure with the double room) The amenities are almost complete and there was a pretty good selection of breakfast as well. I will definitely stay here again. * We did not hear any train noise in our room * Walkable (15-20min walk) Dotonbori and Shinsegai * Lawson across the building * Choose Nankai Line from Airport if you are planning to stay here

We loved the location! Yes it’s a walk (less than 10 minutes to Namba) but it was so easy to walk, flat and along the train line so you can see all the shops and eateries under the station. Breakfast was so great, a mix of western and Japanese, I thoroughly enjoyed the variety given, and felt it set me right to begin the day exploring. It is a beautiful hotel set in the quieter area, a short walk to Namba where you can find all the shops and eateries instead of going to Shinsaibashi which personally we found way too crowded and hectic.

There was slight noises as you are by the train line, it depends which side of the building you are on. All in all it wasn’t a big deal, they provide ear plugs if you’re very noise sensitive.

I loved my experience at this hotel! You will need to speak a little bit of japanese because the staff doesn't speak much english, but they are very lovely and helpful. The location is very favourable, close to Daikokucho, Ebisucho and Shin-Imamiya stations respectively, all of them a 5-7 minutes walk. Only a beautiful 20 minutes walk to Dotonbori! Or 10 minutes to Namba Parks. You can rent a bike just outside the hotel. Staff has so much amenities to offer, I used their umbrella's often and also their charger. There is a nice rooftop bar with cheap unlimited drinks and a great view. Konbini is right across the street and it has an ATM. Dendentown and Shinsekai (Tsutenkaku) and Tennoji zoo are all 10-20 minute walks. I loved my 10 day stay here and would recommend it to solo/duo travelers. The only downside is that the rooms are tiny. I had 2 bags and they already filled the entire room. But i was solo so it wasn't a problem. If you're solo or with a partner, come to this hotel!

The staff was super friendly and spoke great english. Very helpful, just a great experience. The Location was about 5 minutes away from the midosuji line which was very convenient and also a Lawson next door. Namba and Tennoji were also very walkable. Its only like 15 minutes away so you could easily walk back from Dotonbori to the hotel when the trains don't run anymore. The rooms were fairly modern and the twin bed rooms had a decent amount of space for a japanese hotel room. You also receive a lot of amenities which was really nice.

There is a highway directly located next to the hotel which, depending on your room could be fairly loud for you. The rooms were fairly well sound isolated but you could still hear it a bit. I personally did not mind but other people could be more sensitive to it. The doublebed rooms size were quite inconsistent, some being smaller than others where you don't have enough space to get up without disturbing the other person in bed if you lay on the wall side.

It was a really good stay, bed and pillow comfortable. Lots of space, but I took a king room. Laundry had its own detergent to dispense and is 300 yen and 100 yen for dryer (took 400 yen to dry) pretty convent. Breakfast composed of salad bar, drink bar, grilled and fried chicken, and meatballs. Was good.

I think if rooms had a monthly clean, there was a bit of mold on shower curtain and between bath and wall and the vent in bathroom had bit of dust. But it was a really good stay!
