The staff was very responsive to internet issues we experienced and immediately rectified it. The place was very spacious for a couple, if you have lots of luggage, this place is great . Please is also cleverly labelled and designed to make use of space. It has a washer/spin dry, a drying line outside, vacuum cleaner, kitchen with cutlery and plates, microwave, couch, etc, etc

I wish the location was slightly more central. Still quite good though as the metro lines were within a 10 min walk. It’s a 15 min walk to Shin Sekai which is a plus. We had to take a taxi to get to the place with our luggage after taking the Shinsaken.

The e-stay apartment was ideal for our mid trip stay of 4 nights. Located within walking distance to many train stations (metro, and JR) and popular city locations. The washing machine and drying room setup integrtaed with the shower was effective and efficient use of space. We were able to heat food and eat with the kitchenette. A reasonable sized room with a large firm but comfortable bed. Key code access to the building and room made for convenient easy coming and going.

The tiny square table was flimsy and not safe to eat off or put drinks on - very minor issue, but something that can and should be fixed easily.

The apartment was big and far more comfortable then other places I had strayed in Japan. It was a reasonable walking distance (10min) away from major train stations and was within walking distance to Tsūtenkaku tower - in fact the tower can be easily seen just from the street. The facilities of the kitchen and laundry within the apartment made this long-stay hotel that more enjoyable and comfortable. The hotel's lowest level had coin lockers available for use and a chalk board for guest to leave notes on. I felt very secure and safe within the hotel it self despite it being un-staffed. The bed were highly comfortable and spacious.

The only downside to this stay was that it felt "dead" and lifeless during the night making it feel uneasy to walk through the streets especially considering some of the streets went under bridges without light and at some point a nearby street required to pass to get to and from Tsūtenkaku had no lights for the stretch of it. I would not recommend walking the streets at late night alone unless you are brave enough. Despite the low rate of serious crimes in Osaka I would express a high level of alert when walking any empty or dead street day or night time (however, this may just be my own personal paranoia/instincts from home).

The room are spacious and the bed are comfortable. The location is more quiet at night but sometime is it better choice as far from tourist and you can have a peaceful stay. You can have nice view of Hitachi tower by a short walk. Overall the room are clean and value for money. Need to take note when check in, your pass code will only valid after check in time per booking description. We encounter this when try to enter the room earlier, however luckily we meet their staff and get to know the pass code will only working after 3pm. The staff are helpful and they also reply our msg very fast. You may take note, the check in is self processing and there has not front desk staff. However they reply msg very fast

Overall good, nothing to comment with this price and room space. Need some walking to nearest metro station but still manage to do it.

Convenient location, surrounded by railway stations, convenience stores and supermarkets, all within easy walking distance. Secure, accessible facilities even without staff assistance. Good communication and clear, multi-lingual instructions for check-in, and use of all facilities such as appliances. Free luggage storage with lock. Facilities for washing and drying clothes were appreciated. Very good rates.

Rooms are on the small side and beds and pillows are hard compared to typical bedding in Australia.

We stay at e-stay ebisu every time we visit Osaka. The apartment is fully equipped with all the essentials, making our stay comfortable. On top of that, the location is incredibly convenient for getting around. We usually walk to Namba and Tennoji, while places like Umeda are easily accessible by the loop line or subway. I’m already missing the authentic Osaka scenery from the balcony. Definitely looking forward to coming back again in the future!

The property was lovely! The location is walking distance to many attractions and facilities, such as shopping areas, restaurants, stations and so on. The rooms were also very clean and had convenient utilities such as a washer and utensils. The balcony view was lovely at all hours of the day too! The coin lockers in the lobby/entrance area were very helpful too in handling my party’s luggages after check out. Also, even though there was no staff present, the check in/check out processes were easy to manage. Overall, a really nice location to stay at :)

From the moment I arrived, I was impressed by the modern and clean facilities. The property was spacious, well-equipped, and beautifully designed, providing a perfect blend of comfort and style. The location is fantastic, with easy access to public transportation, making it convenient to explore all that Osaka has to offer. The amenities, including the high-speed Wi-Fi, well equipped kitchen, and laundry facilities, made my stay even more comfortable and enjoyable. I highly recommend E-Stay Ebisu to anyone visiting Osaka. It's the perfect choice for both short and extended stays.

The room exceeded our expectations. After spending our first week in Tokyo at a hotel with a room so tiny, this was definitely a big upgrade, and a cheaper one too. You practically have everything you need in the room: washing machine, shower room that doubles as a room to dry your clothes using the drying/dehumidifier/heating system built in, microwave, fridge, stove, and a smart tv. Location was good but not the best, you would have to walk about 5-10 minutes to get to the nearest station. Although there are a few stations nearby with different lines so you'll be set wherever you want to go.

Only downside with this accommodation is handling luggage delivery. Since there isn't technically a reception, you will have to handle the delivery yourself. Or at least that's what we did, but after talking with the staff, they're willing to send a staff on site to handle it. We were already too late to organise it this way so we had to pick up our luggage at the post office. Vise versa, you will definitely have to handle shipping your luggage yourself if you're booked for a different hotel next. It's not too bad, we found a Yamato branch 10 mins away but beware, they only do cash!
