Excellent room at a fantastic price! Room was very clean and spacious, by far the largest room I stayed at while in Japan. Good location for reaching other areas of the city quickly, especially for anyone who wants to visit Osaka Den Den Town (anime shop district) since it's about a 15 minute walk away, but from the nearby train station you can easily access all of Osaka. There are two different train operators that leave from the station and they both operate express trains to Kansai International Airport.

The area around the hotel is a little bit run down. There's lots of graffiti along the concrete wall supporting the train tracks that run by the station. That said, people we're leaving their bikes around completely unlocked with no fear of them being stolen so that's a pretty clear sign the area is still very safe. Note: if you're afraid of heights, be aware that the hallways to get to your room are outside, which can be a bit freaky.

Great facilities in the room, good kitchen, good location. Quiet area. Would stay again.

4pm check in is too late, it was inconvenient

The facilities are good for a family with kids. We can do laundry by using the detergent prepared by the hotel. We also buy som beef and shrimps cooked in the kitchen for dinner. It was really enjoyable.

Close to train stations and in a quiet and safe community. After a tiring day, it was great to go back to place that was not crowded with tourists. The washing machine is a bonus and we used it frequently. The bath area converts into a clothes dryer (such a treat!). We appreciated the fast and easy check in and check out process (without having to deal with an actual person). Request for towels replenishment was easily done online (they hang it in a plastic bag outside your door). We took the direct Nankai Express train from and to the airport thru the Shin-Imamiya Station (5 min walk from hotel). It was very comfortable, stress free and cheaper than Uber. Combinis, a local grocery and a few good and less crowded restaurants are a short walk away.

We did not try asking but wished they had provided for 5 chairs instead of the standard 4 in the room. We declared we are a family of 5. Other than that, everything was great!

The hotel was relatively inexpensive and within close vicinity of three public transport services (JR, Nankai and Osaka Metro). Further, the room was very spacious (all three of us could lie our luggage on the floor) and had numerous additional amenities including a washing machine, a stove, kitchenware and tableware. It is definitely the best accomodation that I’ve stayed in in Japan and I would definitely use them again.

There appeared to be some communication issues between the workers. We paid for late check-out but the hotel staff entered our room before our check-out time.

I really liked our apartment and it had everything what’s needed. I loved bathroom with shower & bath combined. It is also a room where you can dry your cloths. Beds were really comfortable. Kitchen had enough utensils and the book with manuals in English helped us a lot to maintain A/C etc. There was all cosmetics provided and towels were changed daily (you hang it on the doors outside). The room was clean and spacious. We really liked it!

It’s a little warning but nothing wrong with the hotel. As we arrived to Osaka very late in the evening after 12hrs flight, Google directed us to wrong place which entrance look very similar and the check in tablet is the same. We were desperate to learn that there is no our check in that I did online. After struggling we finally get in contact with someone and it came out we are at the wrong hotel ! The name is very similar and there is planty of similar hotel /entrance and in each there is the same way of check in. It’s not hotels fault but just be careful once you are arriving very late at night and double check the address.

Clean, quiet, spacious, good amenities such as soap, cotton balls etc, in room laundry, microwave, fridge, English channels with YouTube and other streaming services. Very comfortable stay and really appreciated the larger space. Luggage storage available.

No restaurants immediately nearby. Probably 10 min walk but after a long day jt would be nice to have more eateries closeby. Also would have liked an iron and another mirror outside the bathroom. Namba was 1 subway stop away and seemed to have more restaurants in that area.

We love that the room is very spacious, with enough space for luggage. It is also complete with amenities like microwave, stovetop, fridge and washing machine. Towels, toothbrush, hair brush, laundry detergent, slippers and pajamas were also provided. The staff are also very prompt in responding to my inquiries and have provided me with all the information I need. Location is good, around 7 minute walking distance to two train stations. Lots of convenience stores and restaurants in the area too.

I liked everything! Check-in: prior to arrival, they already sent an email containing the passcode for entry into the building. Upon checking-in, a staff talked to us via online and checked our information and took photos of each person. The whole process was fast. Security: there's a building passcode and also a room passcode. No keys are needed, which is good, since one might forget or lose the room keys. Room: very spacious and clean. It was complete with a refrigerator, microwave, water kettle, pots and pans, plates, bowls, utensils, humidifier, aircon/heater, small heater, vacuum cleaner, washing machine, hair dryer, flat screen TV. They also provided body wash, shampoo, conditioner, laundry detergent, and dishwashing soap and sponge, room slippers, toothbrushes/toothpaste, hair comb, and body sponge. The only thing that was lacking was a clothes iron. The bed was very comfortable to sleep in and had outlets on each bed. There were multiple outlets all throughout the room so charging is not a problem. You can do your laundry in the room if you only brought a few clothes. You can also hang your wet clothes on the balcony or inside the bathroom. There's a drying system inside the bathroom. Communication with the staff was also easy. They respond fast and accommodates your requests promptly. Hotel was also close to Family Mart and other local restaurants. The closest popular spot to the hotel would be the Tsutenkaku Tower/Shinsekai area.

The distance from train stations. I would say it's in the middle of all the nearby train stations, around 7-8 minutes away from each station. If you don't mind walking, then the distance won't be a problem. But if you have an elderly person or a person with disability, I would suggest looking for a place closer to the train station.

The ease of getting checked in, responsiveness of hotel staff to queries and super clean facility. We personally tried to clean up as much as we could as we didn't want to leave it messy. Given that we were 3 adults, we found the room super spacious and we weren't crowding into each other. The number of plug points gave each bed (3 single beds) their own power outlets. Trust me this makes a big difference. The fact that our room had its own washing machine this made life alot simpler and easier too.

Although close to a JR Station, it did seem a fair bit away from the hustle and bustle. Hence,.much of our time was spent outside as we didn't want to go back for a short break otherwise we'd stay in. That said, we still liked the place and will certainly go back in the future. It would help if the hotel provided atleast one adapter pin in the room. Atleast guests won't have to scramble for adapters.
