We hardly hear voices unless someone was in balcony. Spacious overall. Shower and Toilet was separated which was very convenient. Loved electric kettle & large trash bin. Lighting system had both overhead + local. Enough shelves to store clothes. Balcony had clothes drying poles which was very helpful. Washing machine worked very well. Toilet had vent with 2 switches, quiet and powerful.

(1) The table was too small. (2) wish had a longer larger mirror in the entrance. (3) NO KNIFE anywhere. NOT even plastic knife. We assumed the liability issue, but NOT even plastic knife ??? We stayed there for 5 nights and we tried so many stores, but never found plastic knife anywhere.

The accomodation was conveniently located near to the shopping district and the stations. So a great base to get to places. Really appreciated that they provided a washing machine as well. The room was a bit small however, the three of us managed to open our luggage inside the hotel room and made use of the fourth bed to place some of our things. One big shout out to the host - one of our friends was unwell during the trip and our flight to another city wasn't until in the mid afternoon. The host offered us a free hour for late check in and we paid a small fee to check in later for the other hour. They were easy to contact and were responsive.

The rooms were very spacious. The bed was wide enough to accommodate 1 adult and 2 kids. The amenities were complete and the washing machine with soap provided was nice. Self check in is great especially if you would be coming late. The best of all is that the train is just a few walks away with konbini's close by. It is also close to shinsekai area where you could get good food and go to tsukenkaku tower. Overall I would very much recommend it to everyone staying in osaka more so to families. Would book again next time!

The hotel room is very spacious and has all the necessary amenities. We like that the shower, bathroom sink and toilet are in separate sections, making it easy for all of us to use it at the same time without rushing. The location is very accessible and near a train station.

The pillows are too thin, wish there were extra pillows in the room. Also, there is only 1 electric iron supplied for all the guests to share. It is often not available in the supplies cabinet.

Excellent situation near Osaka restaurant area and shopping as well as train lines. Room was clean and comfortable and had all you need for a stay.. Highly recommended.

Too many messages about booking, not all of which added to what we already knew. Also, could have been clearer that you must check in online before you get the password to access the room. Only found the guest guide when I was trying to find out how to check out!

- Space - lots of space (considering it's in Japan) - for sitting, luggage etc - Large double/queen beds - very comfortable - had excellent sleep - Close to stations (1min walk from Shin-imamiya, 7mins walk from Dobutsuen-mae) - Close to Family Mart (1min walk)

- Don't remember any laundry facilities - Being proximal to train station, could hear faint train noise (wasn't too disturbing for us but for a light sleeper it could be an issue)

Room is spacious and clean. Hotel is located in a quiet neighborhood, just a few minutes walking distance from Shin-Imamiya Station(Nankai Line/JR Line) and Dobutsuen-mae Station(Osaka Metro). Travelling to downtown is easy, also the JR Line can take you directly to Universal Studio. Highly recommended.

Only bad thing was the rumbling of train which began after 5am. If you have ear plugs or rise early then it's not a problem. We were too tired to notice it anyway.

The place is comfortable for a family of 5 and has easy check in procedure and prompt response for any concerns. Location is perfect , 2 minute walk from Shinamamiya and Dobutsuen stations. Likewise Don Quijote is also 5 minute walk from the place. We enjoyed our stay and will definitely consider again staying in the future. Thank you and God bless.

Please provide at least one or two extra pillows

The rooms are spacious and comfortable, value for money for quadruple sharing. The beds are comfortable and with good pillow.

The location - too far from the station and too many stops and change lines from the Tokyo center, long walk from the station to house with up and down slopes along the ways. The worst point is the unit does not has a lift. So prepare to walk the flight of stairs [3rd floor].

Really close to Tsutenkaku which was really cool and really close to Shin-Imamiya station. If you want to be close to Namba but feel like you are staying in a neighbourhood then this is the place for you.

There was a washing machine but no dryer, which made it difficult to dry our clothes as it was raining when we stayed here.
