Location to eateries and the well known Shinsekai, mini-mart (Lawsons: lots of goodies for breakfast, lunch and snack) and 9 min. walk to JR station and about 5 min to a non JR station. Easy access to supplies (ie. towels, robes, toothbrush, coffee/tea, steam iron) needed in lobby. Overall, room and bathroom was clean except there was little hairs stuck on the wall by the full length mirror (this is very minor). We were a family of 4, comfortable sleep for 3 as the chairs converted into a single bed was very hard and uncomfortable for one of my daughters. Space is limited for 4 but we managed and made it work. Washer worked good but too long to dry in the shower area. FYI noticed a laundry facility nearby corner going towards Lawsons mini mart as an option to wash and dry clothes. Was not able to use the laundry facility as I discovered only towards end of our stay.

Love it!!!! So comfortable and has everything that i need! Free flow amenities but please do not be greedy, just take what you really need. The location is great! I spent many times within 6 day at Shinsekai area. I love the view from the room balcony. It took around 25 minutes walk from hotel to Namba area, it was hot (summer) but still bearable. I love this hotel so much! There is this anime figures shop and has gacha machine which i haven't seen even in 7 days Tokyo going in and out C-pla and many others. It has Harry Potter and Detective Conan that's 'new' to my eyes. There are so many chain restaurants around the hotel : Nakau, Hotto Motto, Yoshinoya, Saizeriya, etc. There is a supermarket Tamade, Daiso, Don Quijote nearby also. Lots of izakaya, i noticed 1 near the tram track always crowded, too bad i didn't try it. One of my most favorite features was the bathroom! It has a dryer for drying clothes! So very convenient. I washed the clothes and let dry for the night. I regretted packing up too many clothes🤦🏻‍♀️🤦🏻‍♀️🤦🏻‍♀️. Suggestions: do not bring too many clothes. Since the cleaning is charged, they provided vaccuum cleaner and the paper kind of mop (unsure what is it called) so you can clean up by yourself. Not a big deal since i was out most of the time. If i had chance to visit Osaka again someday, will definitely stay here again. The staffs are very friendly and kind. I really appreciate their helps with my questions.

The location offers a view of the Osaka Tower from the balcony. It is within walking distance to the train station and tourist spots.

The property reached out to us in advance to us arriving, this was handy as it was the place we were first staying at when arriving in Japan and were arriving quite late so it was nice to know that everything was ready for us. We were a group and each family had booked an apartment. Our family is 2 adults, a 10yo and 7yo and the apartment accommodated us well. The fourth bed were two larger armchairs pushed together with a mattress placed on top and bed provided of course. My 7yo slept on this with no worries. The other 3 beds were beds. We loved the washing machine and the drying function in the bathroom was awesome! We were able to do a load daily and hang them in there to dry while we were out for the day. Washing detergent was supplied and it was just a nice cosy apartment to stay in. The location was handy to a couple of different stations all only about a 7-10min walk away.

The office ours were 9-5 (I think) and so although they do offer to send with Yamato, I didn’t realize and booked a train too early in the morning and we were out the previous day, so we had to take our bags to the closest Familymart, which would only take 1 bag and then to another Familymart that only took bags under 160cms and so on. So eventually our group were able to send our bags but I should have just got a later train and sent it from the office of the apartment. To be clear this isn’t the fault of the property, just me giving advise to fellow travelers when making plans 😉

The room was spacious and we love having two separate bedrooms for 3 of us. I love the bathroom has the drying function, so the laundry could be freshly dry overnight. The hotel has all you need for your travel and the office is easily accessible on the ground floor.

As a (former) local, the location is a bit depressing, no matter how close the hotel is to the center. We took a wrong corner on the way back from the station and a half naked man was peeing in the train track:( (note: you will not see this kind of antisocial behaviors in Japan outside this area. This area is known to be “special”) so be ready for any surprise and note that what you encounter in the area is most likely not normal in Japan.

I liked the location. It's easy access pretty much the popular spots in Osaka as well as establishments you need for essentials like convenience stores, supermarkets, a Donki, and even hole-in-the-wall restaurants.. And having Shinsekai just a few steps away is good, too. And the view of the Tsutenkaku Tower was pretty. We also liked the seamless process of checking in and out but when you need anything—like we did when we had to forward our luggage to our next hotel—the staff at the office was super helpful. The wonderful lady who assisted us was kind, nice, and affable and just exuded a good energy. She was keen to help. Sadly I didn't get her name but she was incredible. The rest of the staff was nice, too.

Can't say there was anything I didn't like. I would gladly stay here again when I'm back in Osaka.

Spacious by Japan standards (even had a seating area with couches and a table) Room felt clean. Facilities were great, e.g. heating, even in the toilet (able to dry clothes), washing machine, good water pressure, kitchen, fridge. Provided a cot. Beds were unassuming yet comfortable. Friendly staff at the office. Had booked stays in 2 separate blocks and stored my luggage between the blocks when I was out for multi day hiking. Location was very good. Able to reach from Kansai international airport via direct train (I took the Nankai Rapit) to Shin-Imamiya. Huge luggages will be a concern for certain local subway trains at peak hour. Close to Namba (had walked to and fro Namba Parks shopping mall a few times, 15 mins). Close to Shin Sekai market and Tsutenkaku tower which was useful. Not overcrowded like Namba area (may have to queue for restaurants), but has some nightlife vibe. Had a few good restaurants as well, with minimal wait usually, much less than Namba at least. Peaceful neighbourhood, many convenience stores nearby, and a mega Don Quijote.

The bedroom houses the bed with barely room to walk around or for luggages. But did not surprise me given my past experience in Japan cities. There is no daily room cleaning, but can be arranged for a fee. It did not bother me much, and I did not request the additional service. I did find a small cockroach in a cupboard during check in on my first stay (I stayed in 2 separate blocks), but rest of the days, and my second stay was fine, so there is no signs that there is an infestation problem.

Genuinely everything. A wonderful location. Loads of little extras on hand to improve your stay, from teas and coffees, through to bike hire, through to *ANYTHING* you can think of to improve your stay (Eg Projectors, rice makers, dressing gowns). The flat was spacious, comfortable and well stocked. The office staff were always so helpful when we needed to ask something. I genuinely cannot think of a single thing we *didn't* like.

Having travelled all over the world, I cannot fault this stay for the price, extras, location or anything else. Arguably the best value stay I've had in any property, ever.

The customer service was very helpful and accomodating and responds promptly. Room size was decent to open and store our luggages. It is near Shinsekai, a place for late night dining and walking, which we unfortunately discovered at the rear leg of our trip. It is near train/metro stations which connects directly to major tourist spots. We had a bed for everybody (family of 4) which is great. They facilitated our luggage being sent to the airport which was the best part since it was one of our biggest worry. The price was so reasonable and hence gives you value for the money.
