Location was convenient for transportation and food options. We had the view of Tennoji Park from the room. Very clean and helpful hotel staff. Can also leave luggage after/before check in/out. Check out procedure was automated--- guests can just insert their room card in the front desk machine and leave.

Toilet and bath area is small. My head can almost touch the exhaust fan as I shower. Bumped my knees and elbows a few times in the sink and wall as I shower. No blackout curtains for the bedside window also.

I travelled with 2 kids and they loved it. Beds and pillows were comfortable. In the center of Shinsekai, Mega Donki, Metro and Shin imamiya station which we use all the time going to Osaka and Uji/ Kyoto area. Very clean, comfortable stay, hotel staff are great, pastry snack in the lobby every afternoon and 24 hour coffee machine. I like the fact that it has a laundry room too. We appreciate the staff that cleans our room everyday. 👍

Location - smack right in the middle of famous Osaka attractions (Tsutenkaku, Shinsekai, Spa World, etc). Walking distance to JR and subway stations. Lots of dining options. Staff were accommodating. Not much variety for breakfast but what they do have is good enough. Loved the donut options which were uniquely displayed in a glass door cabinet. The donut adds a touch of color to the breakfast spread. Bathroom is functional for its size.

The location was excellent, close to mini mart and food restaurants everywhere. The room was a bit tiny but manageable, as we only went back to sleep. The beds were super comfortable. The breakfast was basic, but enough to fill the requirements for the beginning of each day. I would definitely rebook here if I came back.

Staff was very friendly and helpful in a professional manner. The room was very quiet and comfortable to stay for one night or longer. I also really like the design of its front. With the excellent facilities and sound-proof rooms quietly situated in such a busy, full-of-businesses district, the b osaka-shinsekai feels like a safe retreat after a long day of tourism, entertainment or business.

I found a bit of uncleanliness in the bathtub, and was shocked because it had looked so clean. But it wasn’t a huge shortcoming at all.

Toilets were too small, the gentleman on reception wasn’t helpful at all, wouldn’t help us order a taxi and instead proceed to tell us to make our own way to the airport… not knowing where we were going and unable to speak Japanese.

Close to train stationand restaurants. Rooms were clean and comfortable. Kids liked the free snacks during the day. Staff was very cooperative.

Size of the beds is ok for a single person to sleep but not good to sleep with the kids.

A clean and tidy hotel with walking distance to train stations and Donki. 😀 Typical small rooms and bathroom but all it is all you need at the end of the day.

Breakfast was limited in the range of foods offered. Very stereotypical Western style - bread, croissants, pancakes, boiled eggs, bacon and cereals. Would have loved to have had rice, miso soup and a few otherJapanese style options.

Excellent location, walking distance from Shinsekai, Tennoji market, Nipponbashi and Zoo. Very well designed rooms for families (with 4 or 5 beds). All amenities as described. Very clean. Friendly staff. Allowed stowing of bags in lobby before check in time. Good breakfast spread. 5 min walk from Dobutsyen Mae metro station to get to Shin Osaka.

You cannot open the window - it was really loud outside. The room is a bit small.
