5 min walk from Shinsekai and tsutentaku tower so loads of restaurants and activities nearby. Also 3 nearby train stations all on different lines so really convenient to get anywhere around Osaka - Ebisucho for sakaisuji line, Shin-Imamiya for JR lines and doubutsuenmae for midosuji line. Room had two double beds which was nice, clean bathroom, amenities provided and full kitchen if you wanted to cook. Also has a TV which we watched the Japanese football game on. Good air con/heater too.

Lift was quite small and we found it impossible to get in contact with staff as we wanted to ask for an early check in.

Just making tourist aware that there are 2 Hotel Arron's . And to be sure they are going to the right one .

near train stations like dobutsuen-mae, shin-imamiya and ebisucho. almost across the street to tennojji zoo walking distance to Donki near Shin-imamiya station.

as per their house rule, cleaning the room will cause you a fee within your length of stay. so basically no room cleaning until you checkout doesn't matter how long your stay. so even if you stay there for a week, no free room cleaning, towel replacement and replenishment of toiletries also come with a fee though I didn't like some of their house rules, I'm not that neat freak person so everything is tolerable for me.

The room is spacious and clean. It's also near restaurants, convenience stores, and train stations (Dobutsuen-Mae, Ebisucho, and Shin-Imamiya) Hair brushes, towels, shampoo, conditioner, body wash, hair dryer, and steam iron were also provided.

It's not easy to locate the main entrance of the hotel especially if you are a first timer. The room is also not noise or sound proof. On our first night, we struggled sleeping because of the noise from the other room. They were so loud that we had to report them to the hotel owner. That's all.

The room was big for Japan and had all the facilities you need. Washing machine, balcony to dry clothes, kitchen facilites, Japanese style bathroom. The beds were comfortable and spacious. It's an older place and is not fancy but that's more comfortable for me. Plus you can hear the lions roar! It suited my family of three perfectly.

The bathroom was a bit older with marks on the grout but wasn't a big issue and suited us fine.

The location is a few steps away from Tenoji Zoo and Osaka Museum of Fine Arts. After which a short walking distance going to department stores.

The shower shifts between hot and cold temperatures. It was difficult for us to set it such that it only stays at a constant temperature.

The accommodation, location wise is good. It's near subway, zoo and places. For us traveling with children and very picky with food, we are able to cook for her. The bed is spacious for the 3 for us. overall we have a pleasant stay,

The stairs to the loft was a little narrow but manageable. An extra key would help when the group wants to go on separate places.
