We booked this property on the day after having trouble with another property. They were super quick at responding and the check-in was a breeze (talk to a real person on an ipad in the reception area). The room was super modern and clean. It had a lovely balcony and a washing machine with detergent for us to use which was handy. The beds were the most comfortable we had during our trip. There are lots of restaurants and shops down the road and the train station is pretty handy too. Hosts were quick to respond when I had a question. Very helpful!

1. Location. Near to amenities and 4 metro stations ie. 5 mins walk to Ebisucho Station (Sakaisuji Line), 8 mins walk to Imamiya Ebisu (Nankai Line) and 13 mins walk to Shin Imamiya (JR Line) and 15 mins walk to Dobutsuen-Mae Station (Midosuji Line) which is just outside Don Quiote. 2. The clothes drier in the bathroom; clothes can be dried within 2 to 3 hours 3. Spaciousness of the room which was good for 4 person 4. Comfortable bed 5. Euipped kitchen and the fridge size 6. Balcony which I can hang clothes and go out for fresh air 7. Size of basin 8. Good quality of shampoo and conditioner, body bath, dish washing liquid and hand wash provided. 9. Two tables (1 for writing - which we used for charging our mobile phones, power banks and smart watches, etc.) and the other table with 4 stools for dining 10. Quite a lot of electrical power socket outlets in the room 11. Good size wardrobe 12. Efficient heater and air conditioning. 13. Fast and helpful response from the staff via Booking.com message.

Well planned layout with plenty space and well positioned facilities. It has a kitchenette and a washing machine!Personally I love the design of the bathroom the best - vanity with plenty storage space, separate shower from powder room, which has a washing machine in it. Toilet is also separate.

It would have even more lovely if there was a table available for a few quick meals. There is only a small study desk fixed to the wall.

Comfy stay, excellent location and neighborhood!

Suggest to have clear guidelines on room upkeep for long stays and how to request for replenishment of consumables (garbage bag and toiletries).

1) Check-In service. I've been reading reviews about this place. Who in the world says the check-in procedure is difficult? It is one of the easiest process ever. One could say it was seamless and we got to our room in less than 15 minutes. Go prepared with all the steps provided. 2) Room space. It was so spacious for 3 of us. One of the largest room that we checked into and I wasn't expecting it to be so spacious. Ample place to do anything you want. 3) Location. We are just 3 minute walk away from Ebisucho Station. So convenient. 1 stop away from Dotonburi. If ever I'm coming back to Osaka, I would love to come back to this place again!

Excellent Stay Near the Metro! We had a wonderful experience at this Airbnb, located just a few minutes from the metro station. The convenience of the location made getting around incredibly easy. The space was very comfortable and perfect for our family, especially for those traveling with children. Customer service was outstanding; they were quick and supportive when we had any questions or concerns. While the washer doesn’t come with a separate dryer, the bathroom is equipped with a fantastic drying system that worked perfectly for us. Overall, a great place to stay, and we highly recommend it to anyone visiting the area! Will come back again

The apartment looks new, very clean, comfortable, well equipped. Separate water closet & shower. Has own rack shoes. Check in process: fast process, open 24H, operator will take picture of each person and each passport, after that the operator will provide room no. & door code. The nearest train station is Ebisucho, 5 minutes walk.

Folding bed is too hard, need additional foam ! Check out time 10.00am !

A very clean, modern apartment with all the required facilities. Located in a quiet street, Combi stores and Supermarket are very close by plus it’s a 1 minute walk to/from the Ebisucho Metro or if you want some exercise Namba and Tennoji are both 15-20 minutes walk away (in opposite directions).

We had an issue with the electronic door lock on our final morning but this was resolved quite quickly with advice from the support desk, the lower case can be slid off and the door opened manually. As with all rentals there were two double beds which was too much for the apartment size, better to just have one double bed and a proper sofa which can be converted into a bed if required.

I recently stayed at this accommodation with both our families (husband's and mine) and had a wonderful experience. The location is excellent, just a few minutes away from the subway station, making it incredibly convenient for getting around the city. There are also several convenient stores nearby, which made it easy to grab any essentials. The neighborhood is quiet and peaceful, providing a relaxing atmosphere after a busy day of exploring. The instructions provided were clear and easy to understand, making the check-in and check-out process smooth and hassle-free.

The vacuum provided is very small; a bigger vacuum or even a broom would be a better option, especially for long stays. The Wi-Fi seems to slow down and can only accommodate a few devices, which wasn't mentioned in the information or in the room. Additionally, it would be great if there was an option to refill the bath soap, especially for longer stays like ours, where we had five people for nine nights.

The room was large enough for a family of 4 (2 adults + 2 kids) by Japanese standard. We had no issue to place all 4 of our large luggages comfortably in the room. The place is also conveniently located near konbinis (Lawson,7e) and a pharmacy. Within walking distance to metro and plenty of eateries. And it’s actually within walk-in distance to the Tsūtenkaku tower. We generally walk to dotonbori/shinshabashi street/kuromon, but it can be quite a distance for some (about 15-20mins). But overall we love the place as a family and the fact it’s slightly outskirts and not within the busy district suits us very well.

The place doesn’t provide an iron, so it can be quite troublesome to bring your own. And it could’ve been cleaned better after the last guests, as we found some leftover trash, clothes underneath the washing machine and some areas were abit dusty.
