The location in Tengachaya is convenient, just a short walk to the station. The place is clean and located in a quiet neighbourhood.

We were about 10mins early for baggage drop off before check in but the cleaner was really angry at us... We had to wait outside in the rain (light drizzle) for 10 minutes before being able to put our suitcases (1 medium and 1 carry on) inside.

It is accessible by local train (Tengachaya Station). Lots of restaurants nearby. Very quiet neighborhood. This is an apartment so it is better than a hotel. Plenty of room space to do your own stuff.

What’s not to like. The owner provided everything we need for a place to stay in Osaka.

We accessed the inn via a door code which was very convenient and given way before our trip to Osaka. No problem with checking in and out! The property is clean, comfy, and secure. There was enough space for 2 medium-sized luggages and our backpacks. We appreciated the iron, humidifier (especially this as we're used to humid air from home), and a place to hang our coats!

The narrow hallway after the main entrance. We were a bit hesitant to put a lot of our shoes there (me and my partner had 2 pairs of shoes each) because it was so narrow and might obstruct people going in and out. The shower thermostat was somehow hard to manage at first but we got the hang of it eventually. (It didn't heat up if the water pressure was low.)

Everything. No bs with this one. Clean, comfortable. Warm in the winter. Shower is strong. No weird smells. Decently thick walls (even though they say otherwise). Basically, think of any of the usual nonsense you have to deal with with your usual bookings, and this one doesn't have that problem. Exactly what it needs to be. Didn't see a single member of staff during my stay, which I suppose is a good thing. Private.

The only thing I can nitpick is that they say not to make noise, as the walls are allegedly thin, but this was not an issue for me even though I made a girl happy in the room. The "don't make noise" bs can probably be ignored (unless you're that guy who needs to be told that blasting music at night is not cool).

The property was very clean. The connivence of having a washing machine and dryer in the room was amazing too! Was comfortable for my little family, and was a decent size property for Japan standards anyway. It was only a 5min walk to Tengachaya train station and had convenient stores and eateries close by too.

Very minimal complaint, just nowhere to put suitcases but other than that, no issues!

This place was perfect, it’s a shared house part but you barely notice as you only have access to your room. We had a fridge, shower, toilet, sinks, hairdryer, iron etc in our room which gave us absolutely everything we needed. Only a few mins walk to a major station so perfect location. I would definitely stay here again.

Everything! The room was absolutely spotless and had everything we needed. It felt like home.

The property is close to the train line so you can hear the trains clearly which seem to run all through the night, but a pair of earplugs fixes this easily.

The location was really close to a train station, and there are also cheap parking lot nearby (around 700-800 per 24H), which is great for us travelling by car. The washing machine and the dryer are a big plus. as it helped us with dirty clothes.

The room we had was for 4 persons and for 2 persons. The 2 rooms are not connected by door, so we had to go out and re-enter from a another door. It's fine if it's not raining, but we got rain on the day we are there and it's not really nice.

Location, facilities, size for the price, and cleanliness were all great.

The biggest issue was that whoever was staying above this unit was very loud and I could hear them moving things around/walking above me all night. I'm not sure what can be done. But FYI.
