The location to Universal Studios was amazing. Literally a 1 minute walk and you're at the park gates. The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful. And being so close to the train station (literally the first hotel as you walk out) was great when you have two kids who are generally knackered after a long say of exploring and train hopping. Plenty to eat for kids in the area aswell, all right outside your door. You can also catch the return ferry to Osaka Aquarium which was awesome, so nice to be out on the water.

The pillows were so hard! It seems to be a Japanese thing in hotels but their pillows were terrible, very uncomfortable. It was also a little bit of a hassle being out of Osaka meaning there was always a couple of train stops to get back but once you figure out the trains and being right next to your last stop it wasn't so bad.

Nothing to dislike at all Everything was as described and seen in the photos. Literally came off the train and the hotel was just as we left the station. Rooms were excellent and really comfy had everything we wanted. Staff were all wonderful, and we had a really great time at the theme park. It was so nice after a long day to grab some food at the shops lots to choose from but we went to Hard Rock Cafe, food was great. Then a short walk to the hotel. A wonderful few days.

The facilities, location and service were excellent. We were surprised with the spacious room we had after coming from smaller spaces in Tokyo and Osaka Namba area. Views from the room were amazing too! It was so close to the station, Universal studios and many food options and Lawson. It was nice to just walk back from the long day at Universal Studios and have the hotel right there. Staff were always kind and pleasant and the hotel room had everything you needed. We would stay again!

There was nothing we didn’t like, other than having to leave and return home.

I loved everything about this property! So close to the train station Universal City 🎢 and under 10mins walk to USJ entrance. You have all fast food chains on downstairs in the main boulevard if you would like to have more alternatives apart from the hotel. The hotel is stunning! The service is impeccable, kind and helpful! They assisted with looking at a company to transfer an extra large luggage to the airport hotel… excellent service! Facilities we amazing and the onsen is very large in the Top floor with wonderful view to the river. There is a small charge to access the onsen but is well worth for the lovely the experience after a busy and long day in the park.

Rooms were small. No closets or storage. Had to put suitcases on bed to open . Small table had to sit on the floor to use. Had to leave a key in for power or light and air shut off. It's not major but brings you down to having only one key. Had a triple room for 3 guests would not recommend with 5 bags of luggage, no space. Bed were comfortable just too low to the ground. 5 feet 6, 6ft.2, and 6ft.4 just are our height hard to get up.

This hotel is among the very few right inside at the citywalk right at the USJ. Its location is superb. The staff are excellent and go out of their way to help guests. My son forgot his brand new minion with intact tags and no name in the lift and remembered at night. We went to the resection and were surprised that the minion was kept safely waiting for its owner. We showed them the photo. This is Japan thing don’t get stolen here. However this was an international destination with so many guests. Thank you very much all the staff and management.

Great location! Right in CityWalk - just a few minutes from USJ and the station. Lawson right downstairs, plenty of places to eat right outside the hotel. Very, very clean and wonderful service! There were a good number of washers and dryers in the hotel for you to use - which was so convenient! We were given free bottles of water in our room, free hotel Wi-Fi and the reception staff kindly put our families on the same floor just a few doors down from each other. This was the best hotel we’ve stayed in and we plan to come back again and again!

We wish there were better options to watch within the hotel for downtime with our kids. After a day of fun at Super Nintendo world or Harry Potter's Wizarding World, we wanted to watch those movies but there were no options to watch anything good really; o even just cartoons for the little ones.

perfect location for spending the day at Universal Studios. We stayed 2 nights so we could have a completely full day at USJ without the hassle of travelling. The hotel is across the street from the entrance, so its right on its doorstep. Perfect for our purposes.

The room was very small! We had a 3 bed guest room, and it was so small that we had almost no floor space left once our suitcases were put down. We did expect this so it wasnt false advertising, but some wall mounted racks to put suitcases would have made a big difference as we had to take almost all the floor space with our bags.

We really appreciate the upgrade room because it’s my daughters birthday.. thank you for the birthday message note that you put in our room. My daughter is happy after she saw the note. Thank you for cleaning neatly the room^_^ we enjoyed the park and surroundings because its near in restaurants, convinience store, shops and train station and especially the usj park..

The staff who assist when we were checked in is very polite and she is always smiling.. but after you check in, it seems like you are on your own.. the staff the you walk by.. they never say good morning or good afternoon.. i wish they would change that because hotels staff should be well mannered and always smiling when you meet the guest of your hotel, right. But aside from that everything went smoothly.

location to Universal Studios Japan is excellent. Only about a 5 minute leisurely walk through City Walk of shops and restaurants. Room was a little small compared to American hotel rooms. Paid for our buffet breakfast as we didn't have it in our room package. Enjoyed it very much! Very convenient to restaurants, shopping, convenience store out the door, and train station.

Room was small and not enough for two open suitcases. Not enough translations on hotel information written mostly in Japanese. Bathroom tub could use a handrail to step in and out. Sides of tub are so high.
