Location is perfect for anyone wanting to visit Universal Studios - it is literally a 2 minute walk away. We were a family of 4 - rooms were tight but we all slept comfortably. We loved the pyjamas and bathroom products. Breakfast buffet had a great range of options and there were lots of restaurants and eateries very close by for lunch and dinner. Reception staff were very helpful with giving us guidance on getting to Osaka Castle. The JR line train station is also 1 minute away which was very convenient.

The hotel itself and staff were wonderful - just note that most of the eateries outside the hotel require queueing during busy times which meant you had to wait for a long while.

Just a few steps away from Universal studios, nice breakfast. Clean and comfortable. Also easy to move around in the city of Osaka using the trains.

It was the first time in Japan a hotel didn't accept for us to use the transfer of our luggage to the next hotel (this is something common in Japan, you pay yourself at a third-party company). They told us that we can only use it to send our luggage home which is not the rule in general. This created a last-minute mess for us trying to organise what to do with the luggage having two young kids running around. Overall, as with the hotel that we stayed close to Disneyland, although they offer nice facilities they lack of a more personal approach. Possibly because of the short stay in order to visit the parks they don't seem to truly care about customers. It doesn't have to be something great, there are small things that make the difference.

Very convenient location, lots of things to do nearby and can enjoy going to USJ without any worries about baggage.

We personally felt that some of the staff were unfriendly and kind of biased towards us as we are foreigners. The mannerisms and the attitude of the staff towards the japanese customers and the foreign customers were miles away. It would be appreciated if you could train your staff to be more mindful when dealing with foreign customers as we are also people. A small unpleasant interaction with a staff can affect your mood for the rest of the day and change your impression of the hotel. Even if we have a language barrier, we can still read the room and read between the lines. Thank you.

The buffet breakfast is expensive, but exceptional, so would highly recommend. The amenities in the room were clean and comfortable and the complimentary toiletries provided were of a high standard. Proximity of hotel to Universal Studios is amazing, meaning that we didn't have to rise in the early hours of the morning, in order to avoid long queues at the park.

The self check-in process was a tedious start to our brief stay, and we would have preferred the option to complete the process with staff at the time of arrival.

Proximity to Universal Studios cannot be overstated. Amazing to be so close. Three beds (1 queen(?), two singles) pushed together for two adults, two kids, so enough sleeping space. Free dessert and non-alcoholic drinks near reception were a plus! Also great to have someone onsite to organise sending our suitcase to our Kyoto accommodation in a few days time. Only downside was the pillows - too big and hard with hard bits on one side. No other pillows available so two of us used the little cushions on the bed

Hotel location was good, very close to train station, universal studio and lot of shops and restaurants around. At breakfast, we had lot of options, kids enjoyed them a lot initially. However on the subsequent days, they slowly started missing their Indian food.

The room size is okay for 2-3 people. For 4 members the space is not sufficient as there is very little space to move around. Since most of the time we were away visiting places, the room space didn't matter much to us.

The location was perfect close to the train and Universal Studios. The staff was great and we opted not to get our room cleaned and they provided with towels and water every day.

The breakfast needs to be better. We only had breakfast once although we paid for and because it was bad we decided to have breakfast somewhere else. The bed is great but the pillows aren’t as comfortable and they should provide extra pillows but in fairness we didn’t ask. The bathroom is very dated as the paint on the tub are peeling and had stains. Honestly it didn’t bother as much because it was functional and the staff provided all the amenities we needed

Wonderful space for my family of 5. The kids loved that all the beds were connected in a row so we could all sleep in our beds next to each other. There was still space for a side sofas for them to sit on to read & check out their USJ purchases. Bathroom was spacious and clean, there was a cool refa hair dryer to use too. Loved the size given the price we paid because it’s not at all like the usual small & tight rooms in Japan. Loved that we cld wake up at 8.30am and walk over to USJ when it opens its door. No stress, no worries abt travelling in a jam packed train to get to USJ. Just out of the hotel and we are there! Also enjoyed being able to browse in the shops in the evening after USJ closes to still soak in the atmosphere and lights. We would book it again on a family trip!

Only downside is that parking a car is costly at abt 3000yen per 24hrs.

Location - It's nearby the entrance of USJ. - it's about 3 minutes from the station. 2. food serving - offer free snacks and drinks at night period. - breakfast is style of buffet and good. 3. facility - offer shampoo, hair conditioner, shower gel, and bath power for releaxing. - offer dryer 4. service - receiptionist is welcome to help and support the inqiury, such as providing proof of accomadation paper...etc.

1. Self-check in SOP is a little complication to verify. It's easy to do the check-in procdure face to face.

Everything was amazing. As soon as you arrive you are greeted by friendly staff. The room was fantastic we had 3 people in our room and it was comfortable. It did require some timetabling for the shower. The shower was in the bathroom but it was a small price to pay for the proximity to Universal Studios. Universal City is great for eateries and the Universal hops outside of the park. The buffet breakfast was the best - must have the mini hamburgers that are cooked fresh as well as the mini okonomiyaki delicious. We were so happy with our choice.
