Amazing proximity for a USJ-based trip, Universal City was only one train stop away, 15 minute walk to park/convenience stores. Clean rooms and friendly and professional English-speaking staff. Provided pajamas and area was quiet.

Room itself was a little lacking in storage for two people on a two week trip, ended up keeping clothes in corners of room. Onsen at the hotel was not accommodate tattoos or provide covers, which I understand is the standard in Japan but I would assume that the hotel guests enough international visitors who may be interested in the experience.

Perfect location for everything. Rooms definitely very nice. Loved the view. The house keeping staff doing a fantastic job cleaning our room.

Not all front line staff very help.

The in site Buffett is excellent. The location is convenient to Universal Studios. The view from the room is gorgeous. The staff tried their best to communicate and help as we spoke little Japanese. The beds are comfortable.

So many amenities provided by the hotel - wax strips, toothbrush/toothpaste, shavers, hairbrushes, body cloths, pyjamas, tea/coffee, bottles of water and the usual soaps etc. You can choose if you want them to clean the entire room that day, do an eco clean (empty rubbish/change towels) or leave it. For our family of four (2 adults, 2 young kids) this was luxury. We did splurge a bit and hotel was on the higher end because we went with one of the biggest rooms (could sleep 6). We were on Level 4.. everyone else seemed to be on higher levels but bonus was that it was pretty quiet, not sure if there was anyone else on the same level? The location suited us. It's not central or where all the bustling activity is but we liked it. We went to Universal Studios and the Osaka Aquarium so the location was perfect. We also took the train (station is just across the road from the hotel) to other parts and it worked well for us. We took the "Captain Line" ferry to the aquarium but came back on the free ferry (walk through Tampozan Park to get there) and the staff at Liber hotel sorted our tickets for the ferry there and the aquarium tickets. All the staff were very friendly and helpful. Also helped us forward our luggage to Tokyo. Buffet breakfast was included in all the days that we were there - would definitely recommend. The Brickside buffet on Level 3 was the best. So many options! Even a dessert station with little cakes and individual containers of various ice creams. My favourite was the Japanese breakfast options, soups, pickles, fish etc. We also tried the breakfast on Level 1 on one of the days and it was ok but much less options. There's a 7-Eleven nearby and a bit further up is a Lawsons. If you don't want to take the train then it's an easy walk to Universal CityWalk if you're looking for other meal options.

There's coin operated washing machines and dryers. It can get busy in the evenings. The dryer seems to take a while to dry the clothes.

To many people line up, have to wait long time to check in the room.

Love the onsen! It has indoor version with two different temperatures, outdoor onsen, steam and sauna facilities. After onsen, cold milk/ other drinks are available. You can also chill outside the onsen either indoors/outdoors (facing sea). There are also massage chairs available. Breakfast was great as well with a variety of jap and western style

Place a little far from the popular tourist sites, hence will need a bit more of travelling (train station is opposite hotel). However, if you appreciate a quieter enviornment or train rides then it will be fine :) Onsen gets crowded at night, so if you want a longer soak go earlier

The rooms were comfortable. Good access across the road to Sakurajima JR station. One stop to Universal Studios and walking distance to the free ferry that goes to Tempozan. When I go to Osaka again, we'll likely split our stay to have a few days in central Osaka to have better access to the centre and regional links so we don't have to switch trains so much, but this location was great for Universal Studios, Tempozan and stops on the Osaka JR loop (like really straightforward getting to Osaka Castle). The area was quiet. The best thing about this hotel from my experience we're the staff. I really appreciated the concierge assistance getting advice help to take day trips out of Osaka. They were helpful, knowledgeable and just delightful to communicate with. On the last day when they saw us leaving they brought stickers and little toys for our kids, which was just so thoughtful. This was our first time in Japan with pretty much no Japanese language and travelling with a toddler and a nine year old. It just meant a lot to me to have friendly people help navigate the unfamiliar. We would have liked to go to the onsen and the buffet dinner, but our kids are not good eaters, so there were quite a few dinners eating konbini food (which was fine) when we were too tired to venture outside the local area. The buffet dinner and breakfast did look quite interesting from a walk by.

Absolutely great location for Universal Studios, it was one stop to Universal City on the train. We had a great stay all in all. The on-site Onsen was incredible! The rooms were reasonable sized with a beautiful view over the bay. Shame about no luggage storage, so put cases just sort of hung near the door. Limited wardrobe space, no drawers to unpack into. The breakfast was ok, a bit samey, but catered for many tastes. Cereals, pastries, dimsum and even ice cream! The gym was great, all new equipment and was pretty much always empty! Things I didn’t love….The beds and pillows are so hard, I left with a serious neck ache! Check in was automated, so there was no interaction with staff members and that felt a bit cold. We wanted to go for a drink in the bar and we were sat at the entrance door and when we asked to move further into the bar were told those tables were only for guests eating too. So it wasn’t really a “ bar” more just a restaurant. We didn’t stay for a drink near a draughty door!

Good location for the Universal Studios, which was our purpose there, 1 station to Universal City (station right across the street of the hotel) or 10-15 min walking. (There are several options closer to universal however, right in front of the main entry). Rooms were comfortable, good shower and amenities. Friendly staff. Convenience stores located near by (7eleven and Lawson).

Breakfast very expensive, does not seem worth, especially for families. Also, late for those who are planning to go to Universal (as you need to go very early to face the long queues). Room was not very clean (dusty) but manageable.

The rooms were very big. The staff were amazing, super helpful. They helped us send our luggage to our next accommodation. They were just amazing, attentive and super courteous, polite and kind. A Grade service. This hotel is close to universal studios aswell and across the road from station and bus stop right outside the front entrance. Prime location. It's luxurious living without the super expensive price tag. For what we receive we felt extremely blessed and happy with the hotel, room, facilities and staff. amazing 👏 Only downside would be the clothes dryers. Although the laundry room was crowded and busy at midnight even, I at least expected the clothes dryer rmto dry my clothes. I put it in for 1 hr and they were still damp after the hour. Otherwise everything else is exceptional.
