Very near USJ. Able to get there early. Good value for money for family of 4. 3 beds and 1 sofa bed. Clean and modern with USB charging port on each bed head. There was a small kitchen and we managed to cook some food from the local supermarket. Microwave also provided. The shower area comes with Japanese long bath. Nishikujo station is a 2 min walk away and its well connected with JR and Hanshin. Can easily go to Nara and Kobe via Hansin also. Lots of local food places around.

It was expected for the price, we stayed 4 nights with no housekeeping so you have to keep the room tidy yourself and bring down the rubbish everyday. We are ok with that. Not sure if it was possible to get new towels. We didn't try.

Location is convenient to go USJ in the early morning and come back easily in the evening. Room is big spacious and very clean. Theres sufficient amenities around including a laundry station below, local eateries nearby and family marts. Heater will working well and the bath tub is awesome. Neighbourhood is quiet and peaceful. Will come back again if we are in Osaka

Some minor recommendations will be hope that the host can include 1 more chair at the dressing and 1 short stool at the door for guests to sit on and wear their shoes/boots. If the check-in time can be earlier by 1more hour and check-out time can be later by 1 more hour will be perfect.

The apartment was a 2-minute walk to the nearest train station. We chose this as it was less than 10 minutes by train to Universal Studios and only a short train trip to Osaka and other places of interest. Clean and quiet, even with the train line less than 100m behind the hotel. The picture of the room looked bigger than the room was though.

As there were 4 of us in the same room, with luggage, it was difficult to open everyone's luggage at the same time and leave open, especially with the sofa bed (4th bed) expanded out but apart from that the place was clean and quiet, just compact

The room is fairly new and nice in terms of its refurbishment. The facilities includes a kitchen that enable us to do our own cooking and of the three places we stayed with kitchens this is the only one that provided a dish drying rack. The room size is decent relative to other places we stayed in Japan. I also find the code entry door quite convenient as I don't have to carry extra keys or card around with me. There is a large supermarket for groceries located not far away within walking distance. The Nishikujo train station is also nearby a short walking distance away and this station is only two stops away from Universal Studios making it convenient for those intending to visit the theme park.

The place is a bit inconspicous as the signs are not obvious making it difficult for us and the taxi driver to locate it at first. The absence of a reception desk and remote check-in lacked the human touch and also leaves us feeling rather helpless if we ever needed assistance from hotel staff. The aircond produced a foul smell when turned on seemingly indicating that the filter might not have been cleaned for a while. And despite all the amenities provided for the kitchen it lack its most essential appliance - the rice cooker. The alternative pots provided to cook rice are already badly scratched and needs replacement. Also because its very lightly staffed there is no room cleaning service during the entire stay and thus no new fresh towel supply nor any garbage removal as a consequence.

This property was great for our family. Coming from Tokyo the accomodation seemed so big and it was perfect. Was around the corner from the train station which was fantastic and 2 stops away to universal studios which is great after a long day there and close to many other places as well. Nice and clean when we arrived

Location to train, USJ, Dotombori and yet still a local area, with small restaurants and everyday people. Apartments were comfortable and well maintained. Relatively new building with convenient laundrette on ground floor. Virtual Checkin worked well.

Small things, like more utensils in kitchenette (glasses, cutlery). Additional chair and bedside lamps would be useful. However overall very little we didn’t like.

Very handy location with lots of shops and restaurants nearby. Supermarket, chemist, convenience stores and JR and subway stations nearby.

Beds could have been a little softer, and possibly another chair. Would have preferred a double and two single beds but the beds were over sized singles and sofa. Probably could have checked this out earlier.

Location was good (near train station). There was a Laundromat downstairs. The rooms were very comfortable and roomy. Had a Kitchenette, Refrigerator,, Microwave. Toilet was separate from the Shower.

No complaint other than we didn't get rooms on the same floor. one room was on the 2nd floor and the other room was on the 7th floor.

Great location with convenient station nearby. Lots of restaurants ranging in budget, especially yakitori. Everything was very clean, except AC is very moldy. It just needs some カビキラー please…

Just the AC as mentioned. Not necessarily an issue with the property but there is a nice karaoke place nearby but they will charge you wayyyyyy too much in hidden fees so make sure you read what your getting Lol

The location was very close to the train station and was only two stops away from Universal Studios Japan. It was perfect for a short commute after a long day. The rooms were comfortable and accommodated our family of 5. It was great for our stay in Osaka.

Guests should just be prepared for zero human interaction onsite. This was not a problem for our group, but we didn’t have any issues.
