The staff were incredibly friendly and professional, really went the extra mile to ensure customer satisfaction. The bed was extremely comfortable and allowed for a wonderful nights sleep, I’m not a great sleeper but as soon as my head hit the pillow I was asleep. We had breakfast included with our room and I’m very glad we did. A mix of western style and Japanese style breakfast, lots to choose from and great value for money. Also we really liked the lobby, the colors and design made us feel we were abroad in a sunny climate which just added to the excitement.

I wanted to be down near the harbor, so I could hit the night markets and China town, and still stagger home at the end of the night. This is a really nice hotel, for the price. There are two laundries, giving a traveler a chance to do a load. The eatery on site does a choice of Japanese and western breakfast, with a good selection of fruit juice; coffees (plural); and even a jug of fruit smoothie. Staff were super helpful and I was able to empty out all my local change of various denominations and change that to laundry cash, easily. Its quiet, warm, no strange odours or stray whiffs of cigarettes. So I'm pretty happy over all.

I had problems operating the TV and couldn't get past the hotel waver for youtube. So that limited me to 5 local, all Japanese, tv stations. A help sheet in english would have been great. But the bathroom, shower, etc were all up to par.

Clean room and bath, kind and organized staff. Breakfast was also great. Only the fridge could have been turned on when guests are expected, but in general this saves energy as the technical equipment runs only if needed and I appreciate this in general. On the other hand, the room was really high temperated when arriving at the Hotel. 20-22°C should be sufficient. Due to technical equipment on the outside of the building, the room was very noisy when opening the window. With closed window, this was not an issue anymore. I had a good stay in Kobe.

Not able to use the stairs, room numbers are confusing, do not match the floor and not like anything I have seen. I paid for 30 days of breakfast, the breakfast was not enjoyable. I only went twice

The room is clean. They offer different kinds of pillows you can take in the lobby area, also blankets too. The toilet is spacious. The hotel staffs are friendly.

The room bed area is quite compact. Kinda hard to move around if you open 2 small luggages.

Not too far from Sannomiya JR Station and very close to Kobe Ferry Terminal, so was perfect for our early morning ferry departure. The room and bathroom was larger than your average business hotel, which was a bonus. Also had a microwave oven and ice machines on some floors which we used. We arrived by two bicycles which were easily accepted and parked back of house in a secure area, Which was greatly appreciated.

Only one girl at the reception spoke proper English, she was only there on the day of my check out. Although everyone was very friendly, the communication was very hard even using a translator. Not really a minus but you can’t get any information about anything at the hotel and that’s a pity.

Cleaning could improve.

During check-in, one staff member mentioned that he did not know about booking details by Booking. I traveled with my wife and daughter; I paid for an option with breakfast included but they asked me for paying breakfast for my daughter and I thought that it was included.

Quiet neighborhood, close to a convenience store. Elegant lobby. Comfortable room. Great view of the mountains.

Location is some distance from the train terminal, non-accessible to public transit, but within reasonable walking distance to subway network into the city.

Hotel was very nice and clean. Staff was very friendly, even though they didn't speak a lot of English. They looked after our bags prior to check in. The room was nice and beds were comfortable. Not too far from Sannomiya station and Kobe port.
