Property is close to everything and one of the best hotels in the entire city of Salta. Staff is welcoming and tries to make you comfortable. They tried hard despite my bad Spanish.

This is a matter of personal taste but I wish the room was a bit more modern, like upgraded power outlets and more current furniture. The shower is a bit outdated and had a little bit of mold around the edges of the tub.

Extremely helpful staff at the front desk and also a big thank you to Maria who cleaned the room to pefection. The staff were very kind, informative and patient- their recommendations were great. I absolutely loved the style of the hotel which was very unique. The bedroom and bathroom.were gorgeous and I had such an amazing, quiet relaxed sleep. I will most certainly return

Don't miss this hotel. One of the best breakfasts of around, with a wide array of options. The room itself was impeccably clean and spacious. The hotel staff doesn't know the word "no" and will do all it can to resolve any issues. The location of the hotel is in walking distance from the main plaza.

I have returned to this hotel several times over the years, and will continue to do so. There is nothing not to like.

A great traditional-style building, very well-maintained and decorated. The room was spacious, and so was the bathroom. Location is very central. The staff is friendly and helpful.

There’s something lovely about good, old fashioned Hotel Management! This hotel is in a great location and has all the services you’d need - it’s very well run. Our room was nice and large and clean. It’s ideal to wander around central Salta during the day and up to Calle Balcarce restaurants and bars at night.

There was quite a bit of noise from Aircon machines on the rooftop so a lower floor room would be better.

Really pleasantly surprised by this hotel. I preferred it in person vs the photos. The room they gave me looked onto a little courtyard. It was spacious and bright. The staff were all very friendly. Location was super central and close to everything (be it city center or walking to San Bernardino. Only point to note, neither here nor there but for the day the rooms get updated - might be good to add a USB port or two to the rooms for charging electronics. I was only carrying one travel adapter (my own fault really) which mean that most days I had to choose between having my phone charged or having my camera charged.

Breakfast was limited in options, especially as a vegan.

The hotel's atmosphere is welcoming, relaxing and cosy, from the interiors to the staff, everything was excellent, the rooftop was a lovely extra! Breakfast very well.

I liked everything, but if I have to remark something, I would say that breakfast could offer more regional products.

Fantastic central location. The staff are wonderful, so friendly and helpful (especially Diego who made us feel so welcome..thank you). The room was a good size and very clean. The breakfast had a good selection of food.

The air conditioning was a little noisy but this was the case in a few hotels.

The Andalusian colonial building forming the reception area with its furniture gave the hotel welcome home feeling. Many thanks goes to house keeping lady not only she cleaned well but she did a great job with laundry which came back same day ironed , folded and no missing items and the price was very reasonable. Also, a big thank you for front desk for advising & arranging my trips and for joagoin & Earnest ( night stuff) who put an effort to communicate in English.

Room slightly noisy because of delivery path under it & breakfast should include hot items not extras.

Lovely building, since the lobby it feels cozy and welcoming. The staff was great, and so was the room. Spacious, warm water, nice tough with an indoor fountain in the solar which brings a peaceful atmosphere and sound. Breakfast was just ok, but did the job :)
