We’ve stayed here multiple times. They are very accommodating and the staff is mostly friendly but you can’t expect everyone to have a cheery attitude. Angela is the absolute best though and goes above and beyond. The location is perfect! It’s quiet, comfortable, safe and you have everything you need in the hotel.

The bar doesn’t open up until 5pm so if you’re trying to get a Bloody Mary after a long night you’ll have to leave the property. Other than that it’s a great place.

I loved the room itself. Very cute. The staff was pretty welcoming.

I didn’t like booking thru booking. Once I arrived to this location the guy at the front desk advised me he couldn’t process the payment and the payment had already took on my end. I was not able to book that way however, I was able to book directly at the location with a morning coupon.

It was all so good.. the lady that check us in was so helpful and friendly.. she went way out her way in helping us and was so friendly.. I don’t remember her name.. but she was so good..

Everything was good except the night time.. it was warm at night we like to get it a little colder to sleep and the ac would not go any colder.. it actually was warm in the room.. like we couldn’t even use covers.. but other then that the stay was great..

The hostess who checked us in was wonderful. The hotel was nice and clean.

Monday’s the pool is closed for cleaning. The hostess let us check the pool area out just to see it. The water is ice cold so it would have been a no go anyway. We was informed it is not heated anyway.

Our room was super clean. The staff was very kind, helpful, and professional.

I had to go get toilet tissue from the front desk. I didn't like the $ 25.00 hold that was put on my card. I called the front desk several times from my room. No one answered. So I got up and went to the front desk to get my problem resolved.

The only thing was that at 6 am the people next door had their TV really loud. I’ve never really noticed that before which made me think maybe walls weren’t very insulated. I was able to finally dose back off. I just contributed it to being by the airport and people getting up extra early!

We did not have warm/hot water in shower. I mentioned it when we checked out and was told that our shower has to turn to cold side for hot and hot side for cold. I wish we had been told because we didn’t get to shower since it was cold water.

The Staff was very friendly, and the Manager Chris was very accommodating. The room was very clean. I was able to check in 2 hrs before my check in time. I didn’t eat at the restaurant but it looked very nice and clean. The lobby was very nice. Awesome!!!

The only thing was a staff sitting in the lobby when I walked out to my car. Very polite young man and he asked if I needed help with my bags. well I said no because I didn’t realize he worked there until one of the front desk staff asked him did he asked if I needed help. I think the staffs that help or pick up guests need a specific area at the front desk to accommodate them for guest service.

The room was clean and well maintained and spacious with many available charging ports. Bed was comfortable and overall riom furniture and decor is updated. Parking lot was very well lit. Toiletries provided are top quality 👌

My original confirmed reservation was for a 2 queen beds room but at check-in, they didn't have it available and somehow showed us as checked in already... very disappointing especially after a full day of road travel. Fortunately they had a single king bed with a pullout sofa bed to accommodate but obviously less than ideal and expected. With all this, the gentleman that checked me in was nice and cordial which made it smoother to handle the situation. The room door had a larger opening at the bottom of it that allowed for much more noise to travel in the room and if you're situated near the elevator, makes for a not so great sleep.
