The room was okay ,nothing to brag on . It was a place to rest . The microwave wasn’t working the 1st night . We told management the next day ,he was nonchalant about the situation.The pool was a plus because of the hot weather so my children enjoyed that when we didn’t go to the beach . Free breakfast 🥞 is a must when traveling with children. Save money 💰 to do other things . I would recommend staying here . The day manger was a little short on the manners. He was very rude maybe he was just having a bad day . He lacks management skills. The night shift lady very sweet. She need a raise .

The two women who worked at the front desk around 4pm on 10/07 were very friendly and patient with the older women who checked in ahead of me, they also sounded pleasant on the phone. They were super helpful when I had questions and one of them even took photos of me and my boyfriend when we came back from dinner when I asked if one of them wouldn’t mind. She took multiple and considered lighting and angles as well, truly she went all out with everything she did. I wish I got her name she seemed like she might have been training the other lady, who was also very friendly. I have worked in hospitality before and I can say these two def seem phenomenal with the public. The gentlemen who were working this morning 10/08 were also very polite, I’d feel remiss to leave them out. Overall haven’t had hotel workers be this friendly outside of a 5 star stay I had in DC, so idk who manages this place but they have a good bunch working for them at the moment.

This is nitpicking but I do wish whoever did the rooms would have been more thorough when finishing the floor and the walls. For the price it’s not bad and maybe I’m just a details person but it looked a lil like whoever the contractor was did some slap dash work. Also our bed sheets did have some noticeable stains on them, they were small and not glaring but worth noting.

Was mostly happy with the visit. Staff was friendly and the facilities were clean and well kept.

Was disappointed as our television would not work and when I called the front desk the gal told me she would be up to investigate and 45 minutes later no response. I called the front desk again when a male answered to tell me that he was the only staff member on site and could not leave the front desk. He offered to move us to another room but it was late and I didn't want to move....so we had no TV for the visit which was disappointing. Parking was also very limited and there was very little grassy areas for pets.

The breakfast was excellent. Plenty of food and choices. The young man who checked us in was most pleasant and suggested several places for dinner, one was even within walking distance. He also provided a remote for the TV, but we were unable to get it to work. Bed was comfy, towels appeared to be brand new. The room was clean and well supplied. Great location, easy to find of the Interstate.

The floor in our room was sticky - maybe from the humidity. When I had to wipe up a water spill the towel came up black and very dirty, which indicated that the floor in the bedroom had not been cleaner or mopped for awhile.

What I liked most about my stay was the mobile check in. We were traveling late. I was able to check in from my car, complete my payment and receive my key card when I entered, no line no wait. There was even communication through text to ensure I was truly paying for my room and not some type of scam. Keep up the great work.

I didn't like that the shade blinds didn't work in our room. We were trying to take a mid-day nap and could not shut out the sunlight. However our stay was still wonderful.

The location was perfect for what we were doing and were we had to go. The staff were very kind and professional. The smell in the lobby was very nice.

There was mold/or dirt in the shower. I went out and bought shower shoes to wear. The breakfast was okay, but the pastries weren't fresh. We have stayed there before and would probably stay again due to the location and price, but I will defiantly be bringing my own cleaning products and informing the staff.

Room was clean & comfortable. Pool & work-out room were also clean. was clean. Breakfast was included & selection was fine except towards the end of the allotted hours all items were not replenished. Supermarket & restaurants nearby within walking distance. Staff seemed friendly & accommodating. View on upper floor was nice.

Elta at the front desk was the nicest employee I’ve ever met at any hotel and I’ve stayed ALOT of places. She was so informative and friendly every time we saw her. Then we ended up leaving a bag of clothing and she called us to let us know. This company has no idea how lucky they are to have an employee like this!

Did not eat

Somehow I put LaQuinta, Mobile, Al and I got sent to another location several miles past your location. Took 2 hours to relocated and get checked in partly because a brand new person was checking guest in, lots of wrong stuff going on. I would have gone past your location about 6:15 PM by the time I got back and checked in it was dark.

This hotel charges you before you arrive. For me it was $156.00 then when I got to hotel I was charged full price which was over $400 that included a $100 deposit for if the room was destroyed. So my $300 quote was no where near what I paid. Crazy if you ask me. I’ve never had a hotel do this before. I even asked why the $156 couldn’t be taken off what was due and the manager who was standing there said “oh don’t worry, you will get it back. It’s a holding charge to make sure your credit card works before you arrive. I won’t stay there again
