The staff was excellent with accommodating us. We had reserved two rooms that slept 5; however, when we arrived they were not available. We were told the rooms had not been clean due to absence of staff. The manager gave us another room at no charge. Thank you for the great service.

I booked and paid for the rooms through Booking.com . The hotel staff kept charging my credit card for the rooms. I called and the manager would correct the problem. A couple of days would pass and the hotel would charge my room again. This happened a couple of times. I had to call several times.

Some of the staff were nice and accomadating. Location was very close to stores. Room was good size for the price. Room was clean and my kods actually got to walk barefoot on the carpet and their feet weren't black, like many hotels.

Called for 6 hours, phone was down apparently. Indoor pool was closed. The reason we booked this hotel. It finally opened the second day, in which it was ice cold anyway. Back door stayed proped open. Breakfast was ok. Ended up going to the grocery store to buy breakfast foods worth eating. But can't complain if it is "free", right? Had to ask 3 times for clean towels, eventually, I had to bring my dirty towels down to exchange for clean towels. Sofa bed was a bust...HORRIBLE.

Clean, fantastic breakfast, indoor pool, gym, knowledgeable front desk staff, coffee available in evenings.

Our room had a very large gap at the bottom of the door and on the side it opens, enough to see in the hallway. Creepy. It seemed like the door had been reset or replaced and very poorly mounted.

Very convenient location. The bed was super comfortable. The shower was great.

I made a reservation for 2 queen bedrooms and when we got there they gave us a bedroom with 1 queen bed, we had to go back to the front desk and let them know, they gave us a room with 2 bedrooms.

It felt safe. Everything was good. The staff is nice and friendly.

The room smelled moldy. The toilet and sink were very low.

The lady who runs the breakfast area during the week is a big plus! She was great. She treated my kids like her own and made sure that they always had enough to eat or assisted them when they wanted to make waffles. My kids are bottomless pits right now, but they had more than enough to eat every morning. Try the omelets. We checked out on a Saturday and that was the only day that breakfast was not the same and a little disappointing. The variety of foods available was just not the same as was offered during the week.

My only complaints about our room....When we arrived, our shower had a leaky faucet that was a constant drip and I quickly realized why housekeeping kept the shower doors closed. The following morning, there were big puddles on the floor. The toilet also seemed to have a small leak between the toilet tank and the bowl connection and would drip only when the toilet was flushed. As far as the king mattress, it was a little too stiff for me, but I was able to sort of get used to it by the second and third nights of our stay.

Breakfast was ok. Wish there was more to choose from. The attendant was awesome. She keep it clean and greeted and conversated with everyone that walked in the breakfast area.

The pool water was ice cold. We could not utilize the pool at all.
