The staff was very helpful and sweet.

I upgraded my room through Booking.com was charged for the upgrade paid in advance for the upgrade, but I didn't get the upgrade. The hotel staff and management did all they could but because I went through a third party their hands were tied. I still got a nice room for the time I stayed. I just won't pay in advance that will make it easier for the hotel staff and management to fix the problem.

Perfect for our needs! Just needed a place to get ready and sleep for Mardi Gras. Front Desk staff was extremely nice and helpful. Check in was easy breezy. The room.seemed to be recently redone and was in great condition. The sheets were clean and the beds and pillows were comfy. The AC worked great too. The grounds were kept up and Clean. Breakfast was great. Conveniently located to all kinds of food and entertainment. All in all can not beat the stay for this rate. Will definitely book again next year!

The friendliness of the staff, the cleanliness of the room, the breakfast option. The location and pricing of the stay was convenient also. Pictures are true to the hotel and room.

The room not being available upon check in. I checked in around 4p and my room was still not cleaned yet. The small amount of variety for breakfast options. Only had the option of cereal, bagels, and pancakes. The apple and orange juice were both terrible in taste.

The suite was a good size. The fridge and microwave were useful, and there were plenty of free tv channels. The breakfast, although not vast but was okay to get your day started. The hotel was the perfect location to nearby restraunts and shopping centres. The hotel staff were welcoming, friendly, and happy to assist where they could.

My room had a strange smell but you got used to it, microwave was not cleaned up from the previous guest. My fridge also had a strange smell, but did its job...

The night check-in was very friendly and made us feel welcome. The room was spacious and comfortable.

More attention needs to be given to cleaning. You can tell the toilet bottom hadn't been cleaned in a LONG TIME! Parking is weird (on a hill). It's hard to find the entrance when coming from the north. We had to make several turn around to finally figure out the right drive. Why are the morning clerks so unfriendly? Breakfast was nonexistent!

The room was horrible. Mildew in the refrigerator, microwave was nasty hadn’t been cleaned in forever, if you stay more than 1 day they don’t clean your room, you don’t get towels or toiletries without asking then they have a attitude. Went down one night for towels and they stated the would have some in 30 minutes so I waited until the next morning and go to get some and then they tell me that they don’t have any clean right now. They told me that the manager would contact me about the room and that was on a Thursday and we left on Sunday and nobody has contacted me yet. I went down every morning looking for the manager after they told me he would be there but I was always told he wasn’t in at the moment. Now I think the mold has made me sick

Had not tried a Microtel before and was pleasantly surprised. Room was very clean and comfortable. Very little road noise. Beds were great.

Common areas were a bit run down. Could do well for them to do an overall upgrade. Access into the property is a bit challenging in the dark, but once in, plenty of parking.

The staff was great and very helpful. The room was clean and comfortable. Lots to see near the hotel. Plenty of restaurants nearby and with in walking distance. Was able to get in and checked in very quickly. The guy at desk had several good suggestions for dinner that were very close.

The location is good, the front lady at night was nice, we got the room at the 4 floor which is good because everything look clean especially the carpets were new .

The thing which I noticed that there were so much dust on everything, even there is dust at the front desk which can be seen easily, break fast was so limited just , bagel and coffee is the only thing I eat because there is nothing else.

The room was small but comfortable and clean, Bed was supper comfy, breakfast was great for a continental breakfast. I would highly recommend this place to anyone. :)

Need hook on back of bathroom door, Ice machine on 3rd floor did not work.
