Hampton Inn and Suites offered an exceptional stay. It is in a great location, which is within walking distance to the Mobile Convention Center as well as restaurants in the area. It had a great staff that was helpful and kind. The hotel itself was very clean and well maintained. The parking area was gated and safely located. I enjoyed my stay and would highly recommend to others.

I enjoyed the facility completely

When entering the hotel, I asked front desk clerk if she knew were the nearest Starbucks located, her answer was no, she gave a face as it was a bother and answered (I mean I can look it up) meaning I could have looked it up. I replied no thanks I can do that. I always ask were is the nearest Starbucks and usually they know, but it was not that she did not know, it was letting me know that I could look it up. Even my wife was shocked in the manner she replied. outside of that it was wonderful place.

The location is good. This was our second time staying here as a 1/2 way point between Orlando FL and Memphis TN

The continental breakfast was not nearly what it should be. Only one of two available "egg stations" had eggs and they were small premade Western Omelettes that contain things my kids can't eat. Just some plain scrambled eggs should be offered. Also, they only had two self-service waffle irons, which did work great, but we are a family of 5 and it took 15 minutes to make everyone one waffle each, all while many other guests were waiting. This location was too busy for the limited breakfast setup.

My queen suite was enormous! The property was clean and spacious throughout. It is in a perfect location for exploring downtown. I enjoyed having the keyless entry and virtual check-in/out through the Honors app.

The parking lot is tight and a little difficult to navigate.

The staff was extra friendly and accommodating. The location was excellent for all the moonpie over mobile activities.

When we arrived one of the elevators was broken, the hotel opened up their service elevator for guests use and while we were there the second elevator for guest use went out, leaving only the service elevator running. The hotel parking is worth the $9 a night fee, but the parking lot will fill up during large events.

Place is really good. Pool was clean and warm for a good exercise after travel. Gym is big and well equipped. We liked the breakfast and options available. even peanut butter we could get. you can walk down streets for dinner or just to enjoy vibe. We stayed only one night but we will be back for more days.

The agent who checked us in was a little hard to understand, and her writing misdirected us to the wrong room. After calling front desk, we received our correct room number. Price was a little steep .

Breakfast...wow! Excellent breakfast choices, such as fresh fruit, grits and cheese (!), terrific coffee, great sausage, juices...friendly staff too! Loved the room!

Designate Smoking Area. The benches are nice for those who wait for trans or gettin fresh air. Smokers shouldn't be so close to main lobby entry. Some smokers leave smoldering cig. Smell linger in non-smokers pathway to lobby. More food establishments for fam OPEN @11:00 p.m. AND safe. Didn't feel safe n recommended areas for food/drinks.
