The staff was amazing. They were very friendly and helpful. They were patient and knowledgeable.

The room was nothing like we saw from the images ln the website. We booked a suite to have a separation between room and let out bed. That was not what we received. When asked about the room we booked, the manager stated there are no rooms there that look like that. That is false advertising. We should have booked the 2 queen beds instead. The room did not match what we spent. We were placed on the 3rd floor and our view was nothing pleasant. This weekend was full of all star players so it was a bit noisy, but overall fun!

Wonderful staff, clean and comfortable rooms, and excellent breakfast. My husband and I have the hardest time sleeping the first night in a hotel, but we passed out almost immediately here because the beds were so nice. Also in a great location with only a 40 minute drive to Dauphin Island. Very happy we stayed here

Small technical issues in our room, like the back of the remote being broken off and the wiring on a lamp being loose. Also the grinding noises you hear from the elevators going up and down is a bit concerning. Seems like they just need more maintenance on some things

There needs to be a blackout curtain or a better curtain covering the sun/light coming in while sleeping. It woke us up as soon as the sun came out way too early at sunrise when needed to sleep at least til 7:30-8 am. 🥱😩 Also, there needs to be the amount of towels per people booked in the bathroom. We only had 3 towels and we booked/had 4 people in al(3 adults/1 child). 🤔 We went to breakfast around 8 am and there wasn't any bacon left. Only tons .of sausage. Needs to be more bacon, since we love us some bacon.😆 Other than these minor things everything else was good! We were only there for 1 night passing through to get to the beach in Pensacola, Florida. 💙🏝🫶

This hotel is conveniently located in Mobile close to I-65. It has ample parking and the staff is super sweet and helpful, especially the breakfast crew who went out of their way to provide a great breakfast and restock all items despite the busy crowd. The breakfast items are of much better quality than in most other hotels - fresh biscuits, tasty gravy, good eggs and house fries, pancake maker, cereals, oatmeal, pastries, three shelves with different breads, yogurt, fresh milk and chocolate milk and much more. The lobby is very appealing. In comparison with other hotels and cities, only the price is a bit on the upper end for Mobile, the I-65 location and overall amenities (i.e. pool and fitness center).

The only thing which the management has to improve ASAP is the heaps of single-use styrofoam plates, bowls and plastic utensils. When even Super8 motels can switch to more sustainable and eco-friendly paper/wood items, why is a chain like Holiday Inn lacking behind to such an extent.It's about resources and preserving nature (otherwise a big topic in Florida). The pool was nice but in contrast to Californian hotels it was not heated and couldn't be used in December (although there were temperatures in/around the upper 60ies and 70ies.

Breakfast was great, bacon was perfect. Staff was amazing making sure there was plenty and the biscuits and gravy.. Plus the automatic pancake maker was so much fun..

Perfect, we only stayed one night as were were traveling through from our Florida vacation back to Texas. Couldn't find one thing wrong that I could complain about. We needed a roll away bed and they had it there as fast as we got up there. Amazing!

Quiet, staff was friendly and received US with a smile upon entering. Parking was great and the hwy was very close to exit on to. Lots of accessible areas like the mall and a choice of different places to eat were just a few minutes around.

Breakfast has to change or offer more variety. It has changed since I've been visiting for a few yrs now. Rooms are not very spacious for the price

Easy to book at last min. Great breakfast.

Room smelled old. I had to spray my own lysol. Took a minute to get the air to go off but turning heat on smelled like something was burning. Both elevators worked but the button on 3rd floor advised and covered to not push. Elevator was inspected in July 2024.

It was easy to find, the pool was great, the staff was friendly, and the entire place very clean.

This is not about the property per se, but the person in the room above me was either jumping on the bed or stomping back-and-forth in a rage for about five hours before finally stopping. That went on till about 11 PM.

The staff was really nice. It was very clean and the bed was comfortable. It was also nice to have quite a few channels on the TV for the price of the hotel. the breakfast was pretty good too.

The room had a few minor issues in the bathroom, like the handle for the toilet was really loose so a few times we had to work with it to get the toilet to stop running. Also the drain plug was missing in the sink. The other thing would be the curtains not being dark enough, we were on the side by the parking lot so it remained pretty bright in our room at night due to the light in the lot.

The bed and comforter were super comfortable & pillows were nice too. The room was pretty clean. Nice to have lots of hot water for the shower 😊. Loved that the middle of the mirror didn’t steam up 👍🏻

The elevator sounded and felt like it might stop working at any time. The shower head could have had more pressure. There was something sticky on the little end table next to the bed.
