Seamless check-in & I used Booking.com to reserve/pre-pay. The front desk was super helpful and extremely nice. No fee/problem bringing my dog either. I stayed downstairs at the end of the building (Rm 132), which made it so convenient to walk my dog because there was plenty of space/grass right outside my door. I realized that there was coffee in my room, but no coffee maker. Went to the front desk, and the gentleman working immediately found me a brand new coffee maker (still in the box) to put in my room. The a/c will freeze you out & that's even having direct Sun beaming down on my window most of the day (room was on the very end/corner with no cover/awning). The black out curtains helped as well. So convenient to have Circle K and several food options within walking distance (if necessary). I work nights and when I came in at 3-4am, I felt perfectly safe in the parking lot and walking to my door. It was quiet/ well lit/CCTV everywhere and plenty of parking right near my door. Glad I didn't allow the few negative reviews to influence my decision. I would have paid way more anywhere else, especially having my dog with me. The bed and pillows were so comfortable...didn't want to get out of bed!

I don't have anything negative to say about my stay here.

Very nice for our over night stay. Beds were like sleeping on clouds it was nice!

New coffee pots

The office staff was very easy to work with, he was very helpful in making us feel welcome and appreciated.

Having to plug the electronics in, the tv had to be moved to reach the USB cable. The microwave and refrigerator were not plugged in ready for use. We did not unplug or move the equipment back.

The staff was friendly, the room was clean, and the location was great!!! Close to the interstate, allowing for quick trips to any major road in the city, with a Super Walmart only 1/2 mile away. Within minutes of several places to eat, and/or shop including the Mall!!!

Could only stay two nights, did not receive a refund for the third night!!!!!

Staff was very friendly and the room was clean and comfortable.They worked with my last minute booking, which was great.

Only downside was location... before I could get in my room a man was asking my for money which made me uneasy.

Great beds to sleep in. The employee went and got my sweatshirt and shorts I had left this morning. He was very nice and got it back to me when I arrived earlier this evening.

Stayed here GCC weekend, great location, convenient to the interstate, gas station/convenience store, restaurants. The stadium is about 8-10 min away driving. Sn: (it's a plug at every gas station if you don't like to travel w/ your own). You're welcome

Be prepared to pay a $60 refundable security deposit in cash only, and $40 if you need to check in 1hr earlier. The website doesn't let you know that in advance.

The room was clean,bed was comfortable,bathroom was clean. The staff was accommodating and courteous. Location was good and the parking lot was well lit up at night. Very quiet which I like. No problems with having my pet. The one thing we noticed was that they were trying to improve the motel and it was nice to see improvements being made.

Breakfast was included but not much to offer.

The room was nice and clean. I like the manager getting me in an area where I felt more comfortable.

The outside of the building was not that attractive.
