The location was perfect for us as my dad was in Springhill Hospital so we needed to be close to him. You cant get much closer than this hotel. Just a hop skip and jump to the hospital. It was very convenient to Airport Blvd and any place you want to eat. the Staff were excellent especially the bar keep. He was very friendly and remembered us every time we saw him in passing. The front staff were great also and very friendly.

I stepped outside to the patio area and the door locked behind me and I could not figure out how to get back in. there was no key pad to scan your room key or sign stating to use another door. I walked toward the other end of the hotel and found a door that was open leading into the bar area. there probably should have been a sign or the door should not have locked. This was no big deal. I will not give bad marks for the hotel or staff for this as it could be a security thing.

We’ve stayed here multiple times. They are very accommodating and the staff is mostly friendly but you can’t expect everyone to have a cheery attitude. Angela is the absolute best though and goes above and beyond. The location is perfect! It’s quiet, comfortable, safe and you have everything you need in the hotel.

The bar doesn’t open up until 5pm so if you’re trying to get a Bloody Mary after a long night you’ll have to leave the property. Other than that it’s a great place.

The desk clerk Angela went above and beyond to guarantee our comfort and satisfaction.

Trespassing criminal element but that was.out of their control. Their security arrived and did their job. Local police failed to arrest the suspect.

I stayed here during Mardi Gras. It was a short drive to literally everywhere I needed to go. The room was clean and comfortable. The staff were very polite.

Breakfast wasn’t included. For the price it should have been.

I loved the room itself. Very cute. The staff was pretty welcoming.

I didn’t like booking thru booking. Once I arrived to this location the guy at the front desk advised me he couldn’t process the payment and the payment had already took on my end. I was not able to book that way however, I was able to book directly at the location with a morning coupon.

The hostess who checked us in was wonderful. The hotel was nice and clean.

Monday’s the pool is closed for cleaning. The hostess let us check the pool area out just to see it. The water is ice cold so it would have been a no go anyway. We was informed it is not heated anyway.

It was all so good.. the lady that check us in was so helpful and friendly.. she went way out her way in helping us and was so friendly.. I don’t remember her name.. but she was so good..

Everything was good except the night time.. it was warm at night we like to get it a little colder to sleep and the ac would not go any colder.. it actually was warm in the room.. like we couldn’t even use covers.. but other then that the stay was great..

Our room was super clean. The staff was very kind, helpful, and professional.

I had to go get toilet tissue from the front desk. I didn't like the $ 25.00 hold that was put on my card. I called the front desk several times from my room. No one answered. So I got up and went to the front desk to get my problem resolved.

The staff was really nice, the hotel was comfortable

This is Alabama and you will see them, you just don't want to see them in your hotel bathroom. A big flying roach. And we didn't realize the pool was closed
