Paying for breakfast is ridiculous

The hotel was very clean & bed comfortable

The cleaning staff knocked on my door to see if I’d left at 10:10 am; then she came back again knocking at 11:00 am. That was aggravating because check out time was not until 12:00 pm. It made me feel rushed like the cleaning lady was ready for us to leave early so she could clean the room. Also, several tiles were loose on the floor at entrance area of the room. I found myself constantly avoiding stepping on them.

Nice, clean hotel. Comfortable beds and spacious rooms

Front desk supervisor could not find my hotel reservation at first. When located it, did not have the correct number of rooms available. One room given was too close to the elevator. Other rooms were not available yet as they were still getting cleaned at 3pm.

Good location

Room was clean, But the floors are still pretty much dirty. Because when you walk around with your socks on, it picks up all the dirt. And when you put a towel on the floor after you shower, you can see all the dirt on the towel. Really need to talk to your cleaning stuff about cleaning.

The property was beautiful, clean and comfortable.

Front desk could not find Booking.com reservation and threatened to call security when I got upset at 2 a.m. alter traveling 12 hours from Dallas after a cancelled SW flight.

The location was great, we were close to our event. We were surrounded by restaurants and shopping stores. The staff was very nice and helpful. The breakfast was nice!!

The water in the shower didn’t get hot and a shelf in the shower was broken. Other than that our stay was great!!

Clean room, bath, and common areas. Nice modern decor and spacious room.Would stay here again.

Parking could be limited later at night, noticed night activity that questioned the safety of the location, and front desk staff could be more welcoming.

Convenient area, around a lot of places to eat.

We had no towels, the bathroom/shower was not clean. The housekeeping told us she didn’t have any towels, so my husband went and took some off of her cart.

This hotel deserves all the stars & raves possible. It was clean, comfortable and larger than expected room. Nice lobby & great front desk professional accommodating staff. Loved my stay here. Thank You

The doors slamming while trying to sleep. The doors to the stairs are really loud!
