My reservation was for a smoking room although my preference was for a non smoking. I called the front desk to attempt to change it if one was available. When I arrived, the change was made without hesitation. The room was clean and quiet. The staff was friendly and helpful. He remembered me from my previous visit in February.

The waste can by the back door was overflowing

Everyone was friendly . We realized we had a water issue in our room and before we could even report it , the front desk worker was knocking on our door explaining the situation and already had another room ready for us . We also left a bag in our room upon check out and they walked to our car to give it to us.

Strong smell of laundry in hallway but nothing unbearable.

I like the fact that it's very remote for the situation that my husband and I are in right now with our house and I also want to know do what kind of rewards do I get I mean I've stayed this will be my third night here when I book ed in a few minutes and then I stayed at the extended stay for two nights where my rewards

No breakfast of any kind

The location, the staff, cleanliness of the rooms, comfortable beds, size of the rooms, clean tub and toilet!! Our stay was perfect!!

Couldn't find anything I didn't like..

Friendly housekeeping personal. ADA toilets not those ankle seats lol. Nice large room. AWESOME lighting at the sink for those with vision problems or makeup and hair styling. Plenty of HOT water

There was only 1 entrance with the same entry as an exit. There was NO Deadbolt even though there was a sign stating to lock it for my own protection. The bed was lumpy but I found an area that was comfortable. I thought a coffee pot would have been nice. A handle outside of the shower would be helpful for people with balance issues because there was a bit of a step down from the shower/tub.

There is no breakfast at location. Only A.M. coffee in the lobby. Had to check out early so this was not an issue.

The customer service was amazing it was quite and everything was clean
