Check-in was good. My room floor was dirty . I was able to tell that they were doing some up grades . I was not able to eat breakfast because all they had was carbohydrates being a dietetic that's not a good choice for me. The water for the shower did not get very hot. The sink water was hot. Lighting in the room could be better. The bed was all right but could be better . The room has a lot of space that was wonderful. The bathroom has a lot of wasted space.

For the price, I was pleasantly surprised by how clean and comfortable my room was. The location couldn’t be better — right in the heart of the city, with easy access to public transport, restaurants, and attractions. The staff was incredibly friendly and helpful, and I really appreciated the free breakfast in the morning. The facility is undergoing an update, the new look will be very nice when completed. The price was very economical and the value for the room was appreciated.

Just one thing here, and it's an easy fix - while creating a welcoming space is great, the air freshener at the front desk area was a bit much for people who may be sensitive to perfumes and scents.

Was a little disappointed with the noise levels allowed by other guests. Way too many unsupervised children running throughout the floors.

The breakfast was the only negative thing about the hotel. They offered the same drab thing every day, even a continental breakfast has fruit, drinkable juice, donuts or something besides toast, mini waffles, bagels. No variety, the same thing the 3 days that we were there.

The staff were super nice even when my room had a leak problem, they exchanged our room out and we had a great night sleep. Most definitely will book again.

On the second floor it had a bit of an odor problem in the hallway but once you got in your room you couldn’t smell it anymore.

The breakfast was good the rooms was ok even though they are under construction it was still good the cable kept going out but the size of the rooms was a great fit for me and my family the microwave work the refrigerator was good the location is good because you are by Walmart and sam's the mall there are a lot of food places u there to

The sheets was not clean on the pull out couch but it was no big deal.

The staff at this location are super nice and always willing to go out of their way to help, especially the ladies at the front desk. This hotel ranks number one in my book for the friendliest staff, by far. The place was clean, but the rooms could use some updating. Rooms are comfortable with microwaves and refrigerators.
