The staff/person working in the dining area provided the best customer service ever. She is wonderful

The hotel was extremely clean! The bed was comfortable, and the staff was very nice and attentive.

It was somewhat dark in several areas of the hotel (hallways, hotel room), giving it a dreary feeling.....More lighting is definitely needed. It would provide a different atmosphere for this very nice hotel.

The breakfast was great and the hotel manager was great and gave us recommendations for around the area! All the staff was friendly. Overall great experience and we would stay again maybe in a bigger room for 3. Worth the value over the holiday weekend. And location for mobile is great easy access to highway to go to downtown mobile or anywhere.

Hard beds, too much humidity in the rooms need dehumidifiers. Mini fridge was too small for our size of room. No extra luggage stands. Needed another chair in the room. For 3 or for people chairs only sat 2. Cash bar assortment had no firstaid related products just to save a trip up the road.

We were there four nights. The gentleman that checked us in was very friendly. He greeted us every time he was at the desk. The beds were very comfortable. The kitchen lady, Ms Mammy was also very friendly and helpful. The breakfast was good.

The first morning we went to breakfast in the dining room we left the privacy card on the door thinking this would keep the cleaning people from coming into the room. I left my purse and jewelry on the nightstand. When we returned they had been in the room because they dumped the trash, exchanged the towels and made one of the beds. Also when we had the privacy card on the door for no cleaning services they would still knock on the door and wake us. After we notified the front desk the problems were corrected.

The room was very clean and the bed was super comfortable. We enjoyed the coffee machine in the lobby that had expresso options and was available 24/7. The staff was very friendly . We asked for a quiet room and were given a corner room which was perfect. There was an issue with the room and when we were switched we were given another corner quiet room as well which was very considerate.

The freezer part of the mini fridge was completely iced over and never really resolved. However we were invited to keep our icepack in the lobby freezer which helped . Also , there was an increasing problem with severe condensation from the air conditioning on the floor and rug . It took a couple reminders to finally get switched to a new room . We would have liked quicker response on that however it did get taken care of in a friendly manner .

The housekeeping was exceptional. After a long day out with family we came back to brand new room. Also the two ladies in the breakfast area went out their way to make sure I had yogurt. Over all it was a good stay.

The lady who checked me in wasn’t as friendly nor did I feel welcome upon check in. She was very dry it almost seem as I interrupted her from her phone or something. The next morning she worked again and didn’t say Good morning or anything she just starred at me as I walked out the door.

To the GM Mrs/Ms Hiral Patel I have travel the world 4 27 years and I do it 7 months out of the year,being to this hotel twice in 1 month every stay I get 2 rooms,but I am really impressed by Ms Vayla Nero and she handle herself like a GM ,customer's wasn't happy customer's she was by herself but she keep her cool and tool every one she was so sorry but she will get to them..SHE IS THE FACE OF ANY COMPANY WITH WHAT SHE CAN BRING 2 THE TABLE,but what love most a man wanted to not stay again and he already paid and said hotelkeep the $$$ and she done all she could to help him.What empathy,pride and love she has 4 her job.So this great hotel have a chance to help her b more successful and that will help hotel also

I didn't like how people waiting cuz we all came at same time and she was by herself and blame her,the desk clerk and I must say she kept her cool...MRS.VAYLA NERO IS A BORN LEADER

This was our first time at this hotel. I didnt know what to expect but it exceeded my thoughts. Love the esthetic/decor/layout of the hotel lobby & room. The room was nice, clean, spacious for my family of 4. Housekeeping came daily. The staff was friendly, professional, and accommodating. Although we didn't get a chance to play tennis, go to gym, or get into the pool, it was nice knowing it was available. Breakfast was good. We'll definitely stay here again.

I love the location of this property. You have a lot of things that’s walking distance & a nice mall really close by. I LOVED the fact they are walking distance to one of my favorite restaurants (Half Shell Oyster House) my other half and I went there on our last night. The room was really clean, everything worked, and they have a smart tv so I was able to watch Netflix. The staff at the front was nice, they greet you each time you come in and out of the hotel. The hotel is lobby is sooo beautiful, and it has a great smell. We will definitely stay here again!

The elevators are slower than most. The hall ceilings are a little low, but those weren’t deal breakers.

Thought the room was lacking cleanliness due to hairs on the bathroom floor from the previous occupants, the hospitality and friendliness of the front desk staff, the maintenance man, and the breakfast staff made up for it.

The lack of effort from the cleaning staff to clean the rooms with perfection.
