Breakfast , although extremely appreciated , was cold and not very appetizing . Bagels and coffee hit the spot in its place . Attendant was working hard and was very friendly . Again , facilities were spotless and extremely comfortable . I will recommend to all my friends ✅

The room was very clean, and it was quiet on the property. Our bed was very comfortable, and we enjoyed our stay. You could see the courtyard with grills and swimming pool from our room. The staff was very nice, courteous, and helpful. The hotel is at a great location with many restaurants close by and right off of I-65. We will definitely be back!

The decorations were so cute. It felt very welcoming as soon as we walked through the door.

The black lady with red lipstick who checked us in wasn't very friendly. Seemed as if she were having a bad day or something

Nothing the lady working the front desk is disgusting u call on phone she was rude unconcern and when I go to property the location across is a low quality hotel folks hanging out drinking playing loud music so I go in ask if it’s safety to stay I’m driving a 2022 Mercedes with 1 kid the front desk clerk said u will not like staying here I can cancel ya room just a nasty experience so I said ok and I left to find a room in a safe atmosphere and nice and friendly staff came to Mobile Alabama for a Convention 2/10/23 That employee needs to be fired

Nothing the customer service was a turn off at hotel on phone first with to property’s hotel looks good on outside a cheap hotel across with folks hanging out and the hotel clerk doesn’t match Hilton sorry.

Breakfast was served daily, and it was good. There were several options to handle everyone's tastes.

The location of the hotel is at the end of the service road, and wasn't easy to get to the main highway.

The room was comfortable. Staff were nice. Location was safe and nice. Room smelled good.

The shower head was fixed. Would prefer a handheld shower head. Breakfast finishes by 9am so we missed it most of the days.

Felt really good to walk into a clean lobby, friendly check in staff. Check in was easy and went great. Enjoyed being welcomed to my room with a message on the TV! Kitchenette was perfect, room was perfect, bed was VERY comfortable and perfect! Really enjoyed my stay

the only negative I'd say was the walls are thin and could hear my neighbors TV.

My wife and I travel a lot. And this hotel in the room was a five out of five. We can tell there’s attention to detail and the cleaning and maintenance and the room being taken care of.

The front desk clerk was amazingly friendly helpful and very informative about the area for safe things to do

Only complaint is the pillows was too soft 1 firm and 1 soft would have been better but that's just me other than that I have absolutely no complaints

The breakfast was adequate, I would have like more fresh fruit options. I have a gluten sensitivity which leave less choices at breakfast. Maybe cheese or salsa for the eggs?
